I have gone to over 3 Wing Stop locations in search of the perfect wings and fries. I special requested (as you can with the online ordering app) that my chicken wings be double fried as well as my fries. Otherwise, they are not crispy enough. They did do the job on the wings. I suggest you request the same if you want extra crispy. But they did not double fry my fries. They were super soggy. They still tasted really good, I just wish they were crispy.
The wings were crispy and had a spice rub of Hot honey (in my opinion – the best seasoning they have) and Louisiana rub. Both were AMAZING! We also ordered some Parmesan Garlic tenders which are a hit with my kids. I recommend everything I ordered. They are generous with the sauce and the ranch has a very unique taste. A taste that you know makes it homemade.
My order was ready within 5 min of me coming in to pickup. This has been the best location for having online orders ready on time. A shame I don’t live closer I would go here all the time. Too bad they couldn’t follow directions on my order or this would be a 5 star.
The workers are ..sigh..crammed in a tiny working area frying and seasoning and frying and seasoning. I felt bad bc they had like no space but seemed to be doing the best they could. The cashier was polite and friendly. Establishment was clean and has an “A” rating.

I ordered wings and tenders with selected flavor’s but unfortunately, the entire order was completely messed up. All the wings were cooked without any seasoning or sauce, making them dry and bland and extra oily food. This was incredibly frustrating, especially since I paid for specific flavors. On top of that, the order was not what I had requested, showing a lack of attention to detail.
I tried reaching out the store for a resolution, but the customer service was unhelpful. Very disappointing experience—I won’t be ordering from here again!

We placed a large order online about a week in advance for a special event, and when we checked in earlier the day of, they said they had no record of our order, must have gotten lost in the system. But the staff hustled and got everything ready in time, so we had hot fresh wings to serve. Great variety of flavors, and sauces were pretty good too.

We ordered a pick up order – crazing some wings .. when we opened up the boxes, the wings were so drenched in oil .. ok, so let’s try them out – no way ! These wings and even the fries were so dang salty like I could feel my blood pressure raise with the first bite – so disappointing !! I didn’t even call the store cuz honestly why-to get another batch of salty overly greasy food ?? Ugh .. I’m new to the area and this sucked lol

Wow! Disgusting. I have heard so many times from ppl that wing stop was good and maybe they are but this one was horrible. It smelt some kinda way on the drive home in the to go bag like a sour ruined hot sauce or grease or something I don’t know but I ate two bites and chunked it and I didn’t get my fries. But not only that, the hygiene and laziness about the place calls for it to be shut down. One dude in the back corner on a grease box in the kitchen scratching his nose on his phone and then steps back up not washing his hands and every employee doing the same just disgusting behavior. But regardless the absolute worst tasting and smelling food I have ate in a long time. My god do better or don’t own a business your messing with peoples health by serving contaminated foods yes the food in general isnt that good for you but with how yall make it , it’s like a ticking time bomb to kill somebody. What’s wrong with people is that nobody cares anymore to just work hard and do the job your hired to do and do it right, if one of you was the owner y’all don’t deserve a restaurant $19 something for 5 chicken fingers and a sprite with no fry’s lol joke!!. Disgusting!!!! Do better!!

Ordered 20 wings and fries . Nasty wings ive ever had . Fork broke while even trynna pick up the wings , half of them was raw . Fries was not cooked , i thought coming to the wingstop in oak creek wouldve been better since in a better area . Terrible food . I would never order from this wing stop again . Just seems like all the wingstops are just getting worse and worse .

Every time I order delivery they are too incompetent to ring my doorbell to indicate the food has arrived. I have requested this in my delivery instructions, but they continue to throw my food on the ground and run.

Fries were soggy and bland. The chicken came with a mountain of ranch to cover up how dry it was. The BBQ sauce tasted like straight molasses. The tenders were mostly breading. The only redeeming thing was the lemon pepper seasoning was good.
