Ordered one large pizza…. One topping. Delivery never came. Third party delivery – door dash – left me three different numbers and nobody ever answered a text. Someone finally answered by phone and said they handed it to me. When I tried to call the store – no answer seven straight times. Unbelievable.

I tried to order the Detroit style pizza from here twice, the first was terrible was just a regular pizza with sauce and that was it and was thinking it was probably just ingredient shortage so I didn’t worry to much about it, but I did it again and it’s the same thing, I tried to get my money back but they just hang up on me and transfer me to other places not even in state like what? But I would highly recommend not ordering from this specific place, also the breadsticks I got were cold and the marinara sauce was ice cold as well.

Went in here to order a pizza yesterday and the manager, should’ve gotten her name, the skinny lady, her customer service skills are atrocious, Management needs to get some new blood in there, this lady should be somewhere playing with her grandkids instead of trying to manage a store, she just seemed completely miserable with her life, and negative about everything and completely incompetent, gave her a 50 for a 23 dollar pizza, and she actually complained about having to do the math, she was just a disaster, and more than likely the reason why the store was empty, it’s also a bad location, next to a gas station with people hanging out, I will not spend my money here again, they’re are much better options

My previous order was flawless. Yet somehow today was a completely different experience.
3 stars for the pizza, if you will, looking like something edible. It looks like it was left in the oven to overcook, then got stepped on and put in the most disgusting box they could find. Finally, the “seal” was strictly ornamental and was hanging on for it’s life. I threw it away because I did not trust it. $23 tip well spent? No, and that’s my own fault.

Terrible, the orders placed through the phone are sent to a customer service center that isn’t even in the country. The physical store location doesn’t even answer their phone because they mess up orders so frequently. Order from literally anywhere else.

We receive A pepperoni stuffed crust. I was on the phone waiting for them to answer for over an hour. Gave up. Not impressed with this store. We didn’t take it back because of bad road conditions.

The Ultimate Chicago Tavern Pizza has a good taste but is very sparse in Toppings. Only 5 pieces of sausage on 1/4 pizza.
In Alaska they mark it up form $12 to $18 that is excessive.
