I came in for only 2 donuts this evening. I stood at the register for about 5 minutes while the employee crouched on the ground talking on her phone. When she finally came up she did not greet us but instead said “the register isn’t working you have to go to the other.” At this point I’m a bit put off but whatever. I walk over to the other side but now the worker is back on her phone ignoring me. In my opinion if you are telling me to go to the other register you should be following to the my order. But still, I wait there for another 10 minutes waiting for service when two sets of customers come in. Immediately they have their order taken on the register that was supposed broken. However, no one informed that this register was now magically fixed. But whatever, I get in line behind the other customers. Meanwhile the customer directly in front of me orders at least 5 drinks and multiple donuts (which is totally fine and nothing against them). So immediately, the employee decides that she needs to make them right away. She doesn’t even ask what my order is (again 2 donuts). When I asked if she could just take my order before making the other one she said “no” and turned around. So I left. Everytime I am in this facility I am met with nothing but rudeness and this is proof of that

I never feel the need to leave reviews but i come to this location often and they are always so rude. They make customers wait 5-10 mins (or even longer sometimes) at a time to take their order (in store and drive thru) just to give them the wrong order. My order is simple and my latte is always missing cold foam I paid extra for or the flavor shots. The espresso has been tasting very burnt recently as well. They will also give you cold and dry hash browns instead of just making new ones. I’m no longer coming this location because I’ve given them too many chances and they just keep getting worse and worse.

⭐ 1-Star Review but if i can give them Negative i would ! I’ve been going to this Dunkin’ for about 8 years, and I can honestly say this year especially the last few months has been the absolute worst it’s ever been. The customer service is horrible. The staff is always on their phones, letting the line build up, and when you finally get to the window your coffee is either burnt, chalky, or straight up sour tasting.

If your order is messed up (which is almost every visit now), they don’t want to fix it. Instead, they argue with you especially in the drive thru because they care more about their timer than actually helping customers. It’s ridiculous.

The experience has gotten so bad that I literally have to drive all the way down to the Dunkin’ on Wyoming Ave just to get decent service and a drink that isn’t disgusting. The staff at this location is overall terrible, and the quality has completely fallen apart. Highly disappointed and won’t be returning unless major changes are made.

Just returned home from the Drive-through. I should have known something was wrong. Al I could smell is something burnt. Opening up the bag i couldn’t believe that a company would let something like this leave the window. I couldn’t believe my eyes. I wouldn’t even let my dog eat something like that. NEVER AGAIN ! Maybe you should stick to coffee !

“Do you know what you want?” That’s how my order was taken. Customer service doesn’t exist at this location. There’s no accountability when they mess up an order, no genuine greeting when you walk through the door, zero eye contact. The place is clean and stocked that’s about all the positive feedback I can provide.

On a Friday morning around 9:15 I received my food in this bag. I thought it must’ve been a joke. My coffee smelled like sewer water. This is definitely the WORST Dunkin I have ever experienced.

My granddaughter ordered 2 ice coffees and 2 hash browns…again they put only 1 coffee in the bag…it was delivered by door dash. The bag was not damaged. …so the person that made the order did not out the other coff6 in the bag….she spent 19.00$ on the order….door dash did however reimburse her $5.80… this was the second time this happened …. just niw….August 02 2025….time was 10:28 delivery. …. get your orders right!!!!!

The workers are rude, always focused on TALKING, and will ALWAYS GET YOUR ORDER WRONG! if you like paying extra for stuff that you DONT GET, THIS DUNKIN IS FOR YOU. GO TO ANY OTHER DUNKIN OR COFFEE PLACE!

Last time I went there, I walked in while the two people working were filling orders for the drive thru window. One of them said that they would be right with me, I waited at the counter for about 7-8 minutes and finally left without a coffee in hand.

I understand that these places get busy, but they kept taking orders from every vehicle that drove up while I was waiting.
