Came in yesterday got a ribeye. Half the steak was fat and over cooked. You would expect some fat on a ribeye. But half was the steak was unable to be eaten. I called and the manager and she offered to fix and replace the steak. Today went to get the fixed steak, even tried a different cut of meat. Ordered the steak medium rare and received it medium well almost well done. Called back again to inform the manager and she said nothing she can do. So you mess my food up on two separate occasions and act like there’s not a problem. Will not return here. I will also advice family and friends to not here as well since there customer comes after that pockets are full. If I pay for something I expect it to be the way I pay for it to be. As you can see by previous reviews they do not even read the reviews. Most show inconsistent cooking of steaks. There big selling point.

If you’ve never been to this restaurant chain, it’s a lot like Logan’s, just with TV screens. Very similar food, including complimentary yeast rolls. Gets a little loud at night with large parties enjoying the current sports broadcast. Staff at this location are prompt and attentive!
I can recommend the chicken critter salad (although I hate saying that name, lol). The salad is large enough to easily feed one adult at least two meals. The chicken critters with sides are another good option and also can serve as two meals. Ordering both those meals and including a tip came in around $35.

Texas Roadhouse in Paducah Kentucky is hands down one of the best steakhouse franchises I’ve eaten at. It’s consistently good and never a disappointment. Whether you dine in or take it to go, it’s so good. The staff there is nothing short of incredible. I’ll eat there at any time of the week.

Dry ribs and 4 fries stuck together with cheese while the rest are dry and taste old. I love Texas Roadhouse and this is first time I’ve ever had a disappointing meal from yall. Just not what I expected and it’s not appetizing at all. And the rolls were so dry I had to drink something right after eating it

Seems like every other Texas Roadhouse. This place always seems busy. Joining the online wait list was helpful since we live so close. Service was fine, they were friendly. The prime rib was fine but not amazing. The bake potato was a little salty. The side salad had good ranch like always. Overall it was a good experience.

Our group of 47 from Diamond Tours stopped in Paducah, Kentucky, and had an amazing experience. We had a private room all to ourselves and enjoyed a fantastic dinner. The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff, and the food was great. The atmosphere was lively and fun, making it perfect for our group. They handled our large group with ease, and I highly recommend this place for any group looking for a great meal.

I went today to treat myself to lunch as I am heading back home to Alabama. I walked into the establishment and it is very crowded as one would expect on a Saturday at noon ish. They offered me a table top bar seat… I said that is great. Then they just pointed in the direction to go… I walked a few steps and didn’t understand where they wanted me to wonder off to. I came back to the greeting spot. Now, there are SEVEN employees standing there, with a 30 minute wait for a table. I asked if some could please show me where to go… again 2 of them just pointed and said over there. I asked politely if someone could seat me… They said its over THERE. Unbelievably rude to say the least. With 7 employees standing there it would have taken just 1 of them to politely walk me over…. I believe this store can do better than this. I have patronized this chain a lot, and have never felt so unwanted as a guest.

Started out super strong. Got in fairly quick for how busy it was and then went down hill from there. Rolls were borderline burnt starting out. They were still edible so it was fine. Then we have our order taken and we waited over 45 plus minutes for our food with no regard from our waitress. Then food arrives both steaks are burnt. I mean torched. My wife didn’t want to say anything so she just ate hers. I also even tried to tough through it but couldn’t even chew it. So after 20 more minutes we were able to hunt our waitress down. I explained to her and showed her my steak was cooked wrong and she was very quick to take it back and said she would get it corrected. A few minutes later she comes out and tells me they will be making a new one and that the original one sent out wasn’t even the right cut of steak. Wow. To sum up and save from making this an even longer post. After another 45+ minutes after my wife’s food was cold they decided to take my steak off the bill and bring it out to the table to go. At this point I have no problem paying for it if it had been timely replaced. But at that point we had a 1 year old with us and for a kid to keep it together that longer is a tough enough thing. This was our valentines date but it was an awful experience and every time we come to this location it has been subpar. We will not go to this Texas Roadhouse location ever again.

I keep giving this place chances. 1 out 3 times it’s good, but often I get a steak that doesn’t look fit for human consumption. It looks old and stringy. I could they did it again as soon as I got home. If I know it’s bad by the looks of it…so do they. Also the rolls were under cooked again!

We took a friend of ours here for her birthday. We waited FOREVER for our drinks. We had to remind her to bring us rolls. Then we asked for regular butter BEFORE she got the rolls and we had to remind her twice about that. Our drinks ran out a few times. The food was really good though. The steaks were awesome and the appetizers were so good!! We got a bloomin onion and mozzarella sticks and they were so good!! I’m really sad about the service though. She was nice but definitely needs a lot more training.
