Did Catering for a High School Sports event. it was terrible. Aprox 40 minutes late, and then when we pulled it out and set up, we were short aprox 50 percent of food. I have had other businesses cater and this was by far the worst experience. They did credit me back some money but that did not do anything for everyone waiting for the food and for those we could not feed because we ran out. They should have credited back the whole order.

Never will order from this place again! Ordered online, for pick up at 5:40PM 8/1/2024. After arriving, at 5:50, I was first in line, white girl in glasses, that came out to ask for names on order pick ups, ignored me and asked other peoples orders, other customers were picking up orders before me and when I checked with few customers their pick up time, it was way later than mine, when I made few steps toward the back just to inquire of my order, I opened order on my phone and showed it to white girl in glasses, she read the order (few of the orders were on shelf ready to go, i knew one of them was mine) then few employees standing by cashier yelled out to “step back!!!” Girl read my order and also yelled to get back! I knew my bag was on the shelf but nobody was giving it to me, then more customers came and when white girl with glasses came out again serving other customers that came after me, ignoring me again, I asked her “dear pls check my order it was way overdue! she finally grabbed my bag from the shelf, and was mumbling something rude and condensending to me as she handed the bag looking disgusted at me. Rude, condensending and abusive towards customers for no reason. When she comes out from the back and inquire of orders, she should not be picking random people and ignoring others. Discrimination at its finest. I wouldn’t treat these employees the same way they treated me when they come to my place of work. This is last time I am ever visiting this place, left this place with a heavy heart, these rude workers forget whos paying their salary.

This location has gone down hill and badly too. Why is it that the chips are ALWAYS stale?? And whoever are the new cooks ARE TERRIBLE COOKS. Just throw the whole entire staff away and replace them tbh. Wishy wash attitudes, terrible cooks, and bland nasty food. Ima stop coming to this location and just go to pleasant hill or walnut creek.

The food is good but it is the second time I order on the chipotle app and they do not give me what I ask for, I buy 1 bowl with double carne asada and a portion of chicken, beans, rice, fajitas, queso blanco, pico de gallo and they only put a small amount of the meats I ordered and rice and beans and the second bowl very similar to the first one and they added more bean juice than beans and not to mention the attitude of the employees

Ordered a veggie burrito, which was supposed to come with avocado.But they didn’t do it. I also got 90% rice in my burrito.And very few of other items very poorly done , they’ve done better before , but this one was just horrific , no good.

Come here if you like rice. It’s the main ingredient. Everything is covered with rice. If u order no rice they give you 1/10 of the portion. Your money is wated on rice. Don’t go here

What a complete disappointment. This place is conveniently located, I think driving twice as far would be absolutely a better choice. While I don’t have any complaints about the taste of the food, we are quite dissatisfied with the quantity. We placed a mobile order for four chicken bowls, and all four bowls were half full. Avoid this location unless you want very little for your money or just want to feel ripped-off. I would give them half a star if it was an option.

Chipotle in Pittsburg, CA is located in a shopping center across from Another shopping center. So it’s very busy. There are parking spots but it’s tight, be careful when you back up. Oh I have to correct myself on something, when I checked in they asked is the restroom neutral I said yes, it is actually gender specific! Sorry guys!!!
The food in Chipotle is always on point. I’ve been to a few of them and they all taste same, which is a plus. But, Pittsburgh I have to say is little but more generous with their portions of the serving. My favorite thing to order is the chicken bowl with Tofu they call it Sofritas, I always add a side of guac and it taste soooo good.
Thought the food is on point and the staff were friendly, the service was super slow. There was a long line that went all the way back to the front door. And they didn’t seem to worry too much about it.
