If I could give them zero I would. I ordered a B.L.T through door dash. I got a picture of my receipt charged for all I ordered. My food gets delivered and it’s only my cookies and son’s sandwich door Dasher saids they didn’t have a Bacon lettuce and tomato sandwich but it’s on their menu on door dash and apparently don’t have the brain’s to just throw that stuff together as a costume order but yet still charged me. I called 5 times no answer. They either need to get better brighter employees or shut down that location because it’s horrible. Even my doordash said she had an attitude to him and was unprofessional

The employee on 2/1/26 had to be the worst employee ever. He could not make a clean sandwich, he kept putting the meat onto the edge cutting board (no telling when its been cleaned or what else has been there). He also seemed very off and weird. I won’t be returning to this store.

How do you get in contact with someone to help get the order replaced? Bad service and food made completely wrong. This was supposed to be Italian herb and cheese BREAD. My husband’s Philly had pretty much only vegetables and a tiny bit of meat.

Wasn’t in the mood to cook today, figured I’d go grab something quick from subway. I chose a Buffalo CHICKEN sandwich…. either I don’t get out much and this is the new “chicken” or someone there doesn’t know how to make a sandwich. Won’t be going there again, not even to fix the sandwich. They also added my cold drink to the bag with my hot sandwich and just substituted my cookies for something other than what I ordered without even telling me anything. Fortunately, I asked about it, otherwise I never would’ve known. The cookies are not a big deal, but the sandwich is. CHECK YOUR SANDWICHES IF YOU’RE DOING A PICK UP ORDER

I ordered a meatball footlong on the app. Once I arrived at the restaurant I noticed that my food was not ready even though I arrived after the designated pickup time. When I asked the cashier about my order she said that they didn’t have it but upon showing her my confirmation email, she magically found it. When she finally finished the sandwich I thanked her and went home only to realize that instead of a footlong, she made a six inch. Highly dissatisfied with the service here.

The manager doest know how to run a restaurant or how to order food and if she’s out of something she can run across the street to heb and get she’s to lazy and don’t care about the customer she’s only here to get a pay check . Then I left a message for the district manager to call me and no luck so either they didn’t them the message or they don’t care about customer either please take your business to another subway until they hire a manager that has customer service skills and knows how to treat a customer and learns the customer is the reason she gets a pay check

I ordered 2 MELT sandwiches, but the staff lady just toasted them. When I asked the reason, she said the oven has been out of order. However, she charged me more for 2 MELT sandwiches. Besides, there were mosquitoes over the ingredients. I am attaching my receipt as well as my sandwiches photos. Unfortunately, unprofessional staffs are working there.

Jasmine had great service and a great attitude although being by herself in the midst of a rush she handled it well and took our order, made it & cashed out quickly. Take care of her subway because you don’t find workers like her these days !!!!!

I ordered a 6’ subway club with mustard and flatbread and they gave me mayonnaise and white bread. I hate mayonnaise! Everything else was correct except for the nasty mayo! And on top of it all they drowned the sandwich in the mayo! If they ran out of flatbread and mustard they could have called me they have called me before when they were out of something It’s not like they were busy because the store was completely empty when I picked up my order
