I was recently introduced to Zappy’s, I’m only upset I didn’t know about it a year ago. There are multiple strategically placed locations, the prices are way below comparable pizza, and (most importantly) the food is good! Some of the options are very adventurous like the Mexican pizza, whereas the more traditional pepperoni and cheese are comforting.

I used to like this place until the service got bad. I’ve ordered by DoorDash the combo that includes the pizza, garlic bread and a 2liter soda but they purposely don’t give you the garlic bread. I just did an order and the driver had a bad experience with the staff of the San Ysidro location. I don’t like to give bad reviews but when a customer has several bad experiences with a store I have to be honest about it. I have also reported with DoorDash and with the store management. Hopefully things are made better. I will report updates.

I ordered a pizza on this place based on the comments that I read. The price is reasonable and cheaper than other places. But I am not a big fan of this pizza style, which is comparable to Little Caesars. Leftovers do not keep it for the next day. If you want to buy a cheap pizza, it is decent for the price. But I just do not like Little’s Caesars and this place. It’s almost the same in my opinion, but the difference is that they have more pizza variety, but the crust, marinara sauce, texture, and cheese are the same.

called order had to wait 45 min for my order , the cashier was rude , said it was not his fault , blamed the Pizza Maker and the manager said sorry,but we are busy. and just walked away because he was busy. I guess I’m going back Pizza Hut , Domino’s and Little Caesars, not going to give them my business.
