Store is scheduled to close at 11pm and I show up at 10:40 wait and wait at the drive thru intercom and nothing mind you sign says open…. Then went to the drive thru window for help and employees saw us and still didn’t help pretended we were not there when sign says open!!!! I get you wanna get out early but for you to ignore us 20 before closing….. Taco Palenque for the win… they never deny service!!!! I really love pollo feliz since I wa so young but after this will not come back

First time at this location. You really can’t beat these prices. They do have tacos and other stuff other than chicken. The tables are cute and the restaurant was super clean. Service was very gracious to us especially since it was our first time there. I’d definitely go back.

I gave 31.00 bucks and the girl didn’t give me the change. I just randomly asked her, did you forget my change? She tells me that she didn’t give me change because she doesn’t have a lot. I told her to let the customer know because one can think they’re stealing. If I give her 30.00 and not the .26 cents, she’s going to ask for the cents. I just told her to let customers know because it is unethical on their part on not letting the customers know.

Service is still pretty good. The flavor compared to the inflated price… It just ain’t what it used to be. Before you could ask for refried beans, that’s also an option that is no longer available. Overall, the chicken has become flavorless, and due to the lack of quality, I believe it’s at least a good 8$ overpriced. That’s just a review on the chicken side of the business if I delved into the other products this company provides. The rating would definitely be lower. I hope ya’ll do better or at least price appropriately.

Best $8.31 I EVER spent on food. I don’t know what these reviews are talking about it being expensive. For that price I got 4 PIECES (2 drums, 2 thighs) THE BEST POLLO ASADA IN THE WORLD, it also included side of rice, beans, chips, salsa AND A DRINK!!!! All for $8.31 and this is a next level flavor, just amazing! Thank you guys!

The food was good! I ordered the parrillada for 2-3 ppl it was 1/2 a chicken and 1/2 pound of beef fajita w/rice, beans, tortillas & of course salsas for a reasonable great price. the exterior needs maintenance which makes the place look run down that the only reason I did not give it 5 stars

Always perfectly cooked and fast service. Since it’s grilled it’s less greasy than fried chicken. Prices are good and chicken is tasty. I go frequently and they always have the same great taste and service.

This place is so good that their beef faljita bowl is far better than similar bowls at other restaurants and it’s worth mentioning that the bowl is LOADED and it comes with chips, a drink, tortillas and salsas, such a great deal for $9!
