Wish I could give a minus worst service ever they all have attitude. They almost count the pieces of protein they give you . The trays today looked nasty they had sour cream in the salsa bowl with a piece of corn and lettuce . The salsa looks and taste old dry clumpy . Ordered two bowls literally can’t find the meat! Worst location ever and it’s down the street from my house and it sucks because now I’ll have to drive further to another location . I’m not going there anymore ! It’s not the first time it’s ridiculous. Oh and on February 5 @6:30 pm they had no proteins at all I walked in and walked out after being told they didn’t have anything !
Whoever owns this franchise needs to pay more attention and get better employees.

I am a HUGE chipotle fan and eat there a couple times a week, this location was dirty, the service was absolutely horrible. The people behind the counter had attitude AND they were out of chicken and there was a 30 minute wait while the Cook stood around And flirted with the girls while the grill sat with nothing on it. The manager was aloof, and obviously not in control of their own store, and it was just all around a horrible experience. Talking to other customers, this is apparently a common theme at this location…Thankfully, there are more locations in my hometown that have amazing atmospheres, are clean and the staff is friendly. They should consider completely re-staffing this location or closing the place down absolutely horrible horrible Interaction today. I am truly disappointed, chipotle.

Seriously, I just got a bowl from there and it was a joke. They actually *counted* the pieces of chicken they put in. Like, is this a counting class or a food place? I paid full price for a bowl that was basically just rice and beans. It was so sparse, I couldn’t even finish it. Barely got ten pieces in there, I swear. Never again will I order from here. Such a rip-off and a total disappointment.

I was VERY DISAPPOINTED at this location. They were offering Chicken Pastor but I noticed the container was empty but I still asked for it but she was working alone and the lady did not give us enough meat. So when I asked for the chicken pastor she turned around to ask the cook who just showed up putting on gloves said it would be 5 minutes, I said, I have been in line for over 5 minutes and someone should have filled it up earlier…I was unhappy and then there was no cashier and we had to wait on her too, very unhappy with our service and quantity of food we were given…I will drive the extra distance to the one on Fry rd and Park Row…please everyone don’t come to this one, go to the one on Fry

I ordered two bowls, chicken and steak. There was only enough rice for 1 (2 scoops), but the young lady attempted to make two bowls. I had to ask if more rice was ready. The steak bowl got a 1/2 spoon scoop of steak and a total of 9 pieces of steak. I requested more, and she thought I didn’t know it was extra. Her attitude changed, and she failed to ask me if I would like veggies. The chicken, when scooped, looked like it wasn’t burnt until I got home and began eating the bowl. You had two people at register and 1 cook and two preparers. The Barbaoa meat was burnt to a crisp. The person in front of me ordered a burrito and asked for more meat. They were young food prepares. This location is close to my home, but I never had an issue with my orders.

I ordered a burrito and came home to unwrap a burrito bowl. The way they folded my burrito was uncalled for.. as if serving garbage to someone. I mean c’com people eat this stuff. Not to mention the poor quality, my kids didn’t want to eat they’re food because tortillas were crusty and warmed enough. I had to compensate by making scrambled eggs for dinner. Never again. I have been coming here for years. The quality has declined greatly. Being served raw chicken and getting sick was the last straw. When I showed the raw chicken and asked for a refund I was offered for them to remake it but at that point my hunger was gone. When they refunded me they asked for my receipt and only refunded the partial amount. I wanted to escalate the issue there but it was over like 3 dollars and I was over it. Bottom line, chipotle prices have gone up and the quality has gone down. I WILL not be back.

“OMG,” Not All Chipotle staff members are trained the same. I was not greeted, the restaurant was filty DIRTY, all the trash bins were completely full to the top, all the tables and chairs had leftovers from prior customers and none of the staff members had name badges. When I arrived at about 4:15 pm, there were only two staff members ordering their food for break or to go home in line. I even wonder if there was a manager on duty because I wouldn’t have let any members go home or on break before making sure the restaurant was in tip-top shape. Before I left the restaurant, loud music started playing from the prep area. Now, I know that this restaurant is out of control.

This is the WORST location. They had customers wait for 15 minutes so they could cook chicken after they ran out on a Sunday at 6:50PM. I asked for a disount due to the delay and the Manager said she could not do it. While they were waiting for the chicken to cook, they did not inform customer they had other options. In the meantime, the line grew longer. This was the worst experience EVER and the dining room was filthy.

BEWARE!!!! THEY WILL SCAM YOU AND TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!! Abby, a cashier, was ringing my order up, didnt give me my receipt. Had to go back and request my receipt because my total of $42 doesnt add up for me buying 2 bowls. Abby acted slick like she didnt see me 15 minutes ago and had me waiting at the counter 5-10 minutes because she was acting sly like she couldnt find my order to print my receipt. Someone came to help her and the other worker said “refund her that” and im over here like whats happening??? They “accidentally “ charged me for a whole chicken bowl, the employees didnt say sorry or nothing , just “we gave you a refund” what type of shady business is that??? Just stealing money from customers? I said this felt like i was getting scammed and Abby and her coworkers looked bothered. I cant believe if i never went back to get my receipt that i was going to pay for an employee to get a free bowl to take home. I said can i get something for yall taking up my time and money?? They just gave me a drink. How about yall pay me for a free bowl since Abby was charging me to buy her a bowl for free?? SCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMERS. ALWAYS ASK FOR YOUR RECEIPT.
