I HAD to get the Braised Beef Tortellini! It could have used a little more sauce and seasoning, but it was great! The portions of the beef was absolutely amazing. The calamari was fantastic. I mean I wasn’t disappointed with the food at all. The waitress we had could definitely have been better. But if I just had to choose between service or food… I’d choose the food every time.

Great and quick service, including very quick kitchen wait. Slight confusion in communication on grilled vs breaded chicken on the pasta and they just comped the other one for us. Class act staff and very friendly. We will be returning, yet again, for more breadsticks and pasta!

Disappointed for the first time. Still a bargain but they use to give you full size refills on the never ending pasta bowl and now you can see it’s less than half. It was one of the perks of eating here.

Literally the most perfect experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant in my life, no kidding. Food was awesome and so was the service. Special thanks to server Marilyn for always being willing to help me with all my requests (sometimes I didn’t even have to ask for help, she was quick enough to anticipate it. Bravo!), besides being kind and attentive. Next time I come to Tampa, I’m definitely coming for this OG unit

We were heartbroken by our experience with our catering order for a baby shower on February 15. The mom‑to‑be specifically chose Olive Garden because she loves your food, so this was meant to be a special moment for our family.
Instead, the food never arrived on time. When my cousin called, the restaurant insisted the order was for March 15, even though she had confirmed it the day before. Rather than offering help or understanding, the manager was rude and even threatened to cancel the order. This was incredibly upsetting with over 30 guests waiting on a Sunday morning.
The food eventually arrived, but several guests, including the mom‑to‑be, became sick afterward, experiencing vomiting and diarrhea. This raised serious concerns about food safety on top of everything else.
For such an important day, this experience was deeply disappointing. I’m following up with Olive Garden to find a resolution and truly hope they make this right.

Olive Garden is one of my favorite restaurants. I love having as much salad as I want. The food is really delicious, the waitresses are so friendly and helpful and the environment is very nice. You can’t go wrong.

Her upbeat attitude and positive energy made our meal even more enjoyable.
