This is a new location and the store is clean and fresh. There is not a dinning room, so carry out or delivery are your options. My personal experience wasn’t good. There is a drive up window for carry out orders, so I figured I would use that. I get to the window and give them my name for the order and they can’t seem to find it. The they ask my name again and proceed to look again. The guy comes back and says it is going to be a couple more minutes as it is still in the oven. I say okay and he just stares at me. Since he just keeps staring at me I ask what he wants me to do. He says I can go inside and wait. I park and go inside the guy at the front counter is horrible. He doesn’t seem to know his job. He has trouble ringing up one customers order and doesn’t even ask those of us that are waiting on our orders if he can help us. The phone identifies that my pizza is ready, but I can’t get his attention to collect it as he proceeds to start making some dough bites. He doesn’t know what he is doing and takes several minutes to make just a couple of bites until someone from the prep line comes over and reminds him he is supposed to be working the front counter. They take over on his dough bites and finish them in seconds. I finally get his attention and tell him my name so I can get my order. He goes and grabs an order that is clearly not my order. I tell him this and he just stares at me. I continue to tell him that he has collected the wrong order and he takes it back and moves on to other things. I get another employees attention trying to get my order and they just tell the other guy to take care of it. He comes back again and again asks me my name and goes to where the pizza is and just stares at the orders. After starring at them for a few minutes, one of the other employees ask him what he needs. He tells them my name and they hand him my order. I finally get my order and head home. I get home and the pepperoni, cheese, and asiago cheese pizza had almost no cheese in the middle of the pizza. Needless to say I was quite disappointed. It is going to be awhile until I try domino’s again and I am probably going to go to a different location even though this location is so much closer to my house.

I ordered pizza and it had been over an hour and it had been “out of the oven”. When I called to inquire on the status, the guy was saying how busy he was and only one driver. He told me it would be another 50 minutes to deliver it. I called back again to go ahead and cancel it, the guy was so rude and had unnecessary attitude and I’m pretty sure he hung on me.
2 hours for pizza to be cooked and delivered is not reasonable. So don’t make excuses and act like you’re inconvenienced when people call inquiring about the late pizza they’ve ordered. News flash you’re in the business of fast food and delivery. If it’s not achievable, don’t offer it, if it’s not feasible for a timely delivery during a snow day turn your delivery option off and offer carry out only.
I will never order from this location again. I understand things happen and they cannot be controlled but how you communicate and treat customers is something you can control.

I ordered delivery and was texted my food was 3 minutes away. 20 minutes later, still no food. I work in customer service and understand things happen. I called the store and, I didnt catch his name, but, the employee that answered and his manager, Jonathan, top notch customer service. Noted my account to call in and get 50% off on my next delivery, and handled with great customer service and professionalism. I highly applaud in a “me first” world. Both quality employees and a quality store and why I continue to order for them. Bravo.

Set at the drive-thru window for 6 minutes no one came to the window. Parked and came inside was not ready yet. I normally go to the store at 61st and 193rd and I will not ever come back to this one again!

We use this Domino’s ALL the time. They’re fast and friendly, and it’s always delicious. Tonight I placed a carry out order. When I got back home with it, I saw that one of the pizzas had had the wrong sauce on it. I called the store and explained what was going on. Alex was very quick and friendly in verifying my order and having it remade. Within 10 minutes I had a new hot, fresh and delicious pizza. Thanks, guys!

I called 4 times for my pizza i had my son sit in the driveway for 40 minutes and nobody’s came the Manager was all giggling on the phone never brought my food and they’re playing games like stuff is funny and I think this is just crazy and I’m taking this to court
