I used to choose Dunkin over every other coffee shop. They took the “soul” out of making their products and I haven’t been in a couple of years. I had a craving for avocado toast this morning so I decided to give them another whirl. I received my order and was highly upset. For $10 I could have gone to the diner and received a full breakfast. This not only was a slap in the face for me but also a waste of money. Why wouldn’t they give me at least 3/4 of a bag of bacon. I spent $4 on 4 half strips. Looks like they took my snacking bacon and put it on my toast. I’m so done with Dunkin. I’m sad.

This is what i paid for. 3 hashbowns one which looks like it was stomped on. I called to be refunded and Bianca the manager told me I had to come back for my refund. I’m extremely busy and this is stupid. Who thought this was acceptable. I should’ve went back and threw these things back at um.

This place is great. I drive a little further just to come to Long Neck. The girl that works the drive thru lane on Saturday mornings ROCKS!! Everyone is always friendly and I come there for that reason alone …. plus I’m obsessed with their coffee! Thank you for good old fashion customer service and for being friendly. It goes a long way in today’s society.

I used the mobile app to pre-order my food and I picked up my food at the drive thru. It was ready by the time I had got there. This was my second time doing this process. I must say it was quick and easy as I had already has my order preloaded from the last time. All I needed to do was adjust if needed, click okay continue and pay. It was pretty simple. The hardest part was getting around the construction because they are doing work near by on the highway. The employees are very friendly and fast with getting your food out.

I went into the store. I got 6 donuts with the side bacon, also the little apple pie. The apple pie was warm and yummy. The bacon was so good! A person by the name of, I think it was Whit, not 100%, he was so nice, friendly and efficient.

Don’t use this Dunkin if you are going anytime after noon, just go to rehoboth or in-town Millsboro. They constantly seem offended when you order anything, probably because thwy run a skeleton crew at night and do not support their staff properly. Many nights there is only one person. Tonight they had the whole place locked up at 7:38pm, but the sign, google and phone prompt says 9pm, so who knows.
Either way, save some time and have a way better quality experience at any other nearby Dunkin’.

Jan 2026 Update: Recognizing the everyone can have an off day and the same holds for businesses. That said this everything I wrote in previously is still true. This is a great store. The atmosphere could be better but the food and coffee is very good and overall the staff is too.
I visit this location almost daily and this Dunkin is consistently wonderful. Except for brief times Saturday mornings in the summer when throngs of beach goers descend upon southern DE, the store and restrooms are kept very clean. The store manager is a dynamo, she is present every day keeps things running like a clock. The decaf coffee is fresh (which can be a problem in many places), and during off hours when traffic is slow, they are always happy to brew a fresh pot. The employees are all friendly, courteous, well trained and very efficient. And a recent addition to the staff, Arianna is literally a ray of sunshine!!
