Food came out cold and the employees were just standing around. No sense of urgency at all. Employees having their pants sagging and butt cracks showing. On top of that, eating in the back of the kitchen and then served food. Very unprofessional environment. Corporate really needs to check this location out.

I believe it’s essential for any business to ensure employees are properly trained and able to read, understand, and confirm orders accurately. I’ve received the wrong order multiple times because I trusted that the employee would hand the correct order to the correct person.
Most recently, a new employee who seemed very new was giving me my order and she opened my bag and opened my box of corn without asking for permission—right in front of me—and then asked if that was okay. She still confirmed to her coworkers that the order was correct when it wasn’t. I had to drive all the way back, and when I returned, the staff acted as if nothing was wrong, and the employee who checked my order was suddenly nowhere to be found, I think she should’ve taken accountability and apologized for wasting my time because that’s what she ended up doing.
Whatever I accepted it and left the place, why act a fool when the one who couldn’t read was her.
The service was unacceptable. Please do better in hiring and training individuals who can stay focused, pay attention, and perform well in a fast-paced environment. Customers deserve accuracy and respect.

Ridiculously delicious, enough crisp, well seasoned wings and corn. Very fresh. Ordered lemon pepper and mild wings but also enjoy the mango habanero, hot, and spicy Korean bbq. Have to get the fried corn with extra seasoning, a must.

Food came out cold and the employees were just standing around blasting Cuban music super loud instead of taking care of customers. The volume was so high it was impossible to eat inside — more than five people walked out because of it. Very unprofessional environment. Corporate really needs to check this location and make sure FSQA standards and costumer service standards are being followed.

I’m so glad they opened this Wingstop by my house, although it a little wait for the food, but they are always making it fresh so it’s better to wait. BUT ITS WORTH IT!!!! The lemon pepper and the original hot are amazing. If you have time definitely try it out.

I placed an order for delivery, and another driver stole my order. When the person who was supposed to pick up my food arrived, they were informed that someone else had taken the food. I understand that this is something that happens, but this is where I believe that a restaurant should have a good manager and professional customer service. The staff ignored the situation, including the manager, who told me over the phone that the order had already been placed and that she wouldn’t make it again, that it was no longer her problem.
