Cracker Barrel delivered where it counts—comfort food that was warm, flavorful, and just what you’d hope for. Everything came out quickly and was cooked well; definitely a solid 4 on the food front.
The service was… efficient. Staff were attentive, no doubt, but it felt a little too eager—like they were already eyeing the next table before I was halfway through my meal. Not unfriendly, just a bit pushy, which made it hard to relax and enjoy the pace.
The atmosphere was pleasant overall. It was a gorgeous sunny day, with a soft breeze that made sitting near the windows feel almost idyllic. The gift shop, as always, was a fun little adventure—summer-themed with unique, quirky finds you don’t see everywhere else.
All in all, it was a satisfying visit. Just wish the vibe matched the food—warm and inviting, but without the gentle pressure to wrap it up.

Excellent food and service. Tess our server was exceptional. We had a fabulous experience even thru cashing out and Melissa mentioned the Rewards Program which I did sign up for. Can’t wait to return again.

Food was all hot, ready at the estimated time and delicious with the exception of the shrimp. The shrimp wasnt bad, it just wasnt great. The person that brought the food out for curbside pickup did not have a great attitude either.

I have not been to Cracker Barrel‘s in years. The food was good. The portions were smaller than I remember. Our waitress was nice but she spilled orange juice didn’t come back in clean it up. I gave her my order with and I didn’t want gravy and I emphasize no gravy. Well I got gravy. Waitress came back to ask how everything was and didn’t even wait for a response and left. I had to call her back and ask for a refill. The cup was empty can close to the edge of the table. Then when I checked out, I told cashier my food was good. service was questionable the cashier said oh sorry to hear about that and then didn’t ask follow up question. Like what was wrong or didn’t seem to cared know what they could do better poor customer service not sure I’ll go back.
Waitress have been having a bad day. I’m not sure. Hope she had a better day on her next shift.

Great service, loved round table, coukd see everyone and converse, love the $19.99 meals for 2! The Coca Cola cake is delicious! And always enjoy the warm atmosphere and cracking warm fire the only thing that seemed cheap was my applesauce was served in a store bought plastic cup u just wouod take the top off- wouod have at least looked more presentable in a saucer -a little cinnamon sugar sprinkled on it??

We celebrated my sons birthday as a party of ten. The staff was wonderful. The food was wonderful. It’s hard to find places that handle large parties like ours and we will definitely be back for the next birthday.
