Starting off with the food, to be honest it was a big let down. The Mezzaluna was tasty but it also came out a little cold. The textures were off. The filling did not match up with the pasta. I hate to say it but it felt reheated. Not fresh. The chicken soup was disappointing. Big prices for food that wasn’t great.
The service was great. Really kind waitress. Food came out quickly. Nothing to say about that.
The atmosphere was lovely. Dim lighting in the whole restaurant but good lighting at the tables. Very fancy looking interior.

Had lunch here with 12 friends from my knitting and crocheting group. Service was good and food brought out quickly without any problems. Most of us enjoyed the lunch menu trio which consisted of an entree plus soup and salad. Perfect portions for a nice lunch. We enjoyed our lunch so much we decided to return.

Outstanding Service from Cody!
Cody provided truly exceptional customer service during my visit to Carrabba’s. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and made my experience absolutely wonderful. Valentine’s Day dinner, super busy. Our server seemed stressed and overwhelmed but the food was excellent. My old fashioned from the bar was terrible. Service was slow. Took awhile to get refills and pay the bill at the end of the meal but the main entrees were fantastic.

Mike is great and the food is delicious every time! The waiters/waitresses are always on point. We have tried other locations but only the Brandon location gets it right every single time! Today we came for La Cena pairing dinner this time and as always it did not disappoint. I can’t wait for the March Spritz Dinner, this was the third dinner pairing we attended in February and loved every single one!! Troy was amazing tonight as he is every night and every one loves him!!

I’ve never been to a Carrabba’s and did not expect it to be so good. The food was fantastic but more important was the people from the gentleman who opened the door to Kaliyah who was our server the expedites fantastic. Tony also helped and was very prompt and friendly but Kaliyah almost has a psychic ability to anticipate our needs and address them properly and with exuberance.
Well done we will return.

I waited way too long to be served. I saw other tables get served, eat and leave. I was extremely disappointed in the service, however, I did tip 25% just because I know servers rely on tips. Carrabas please train servers better. Total disappointment. Food was delicious once it finally arrived.

Can’t help but laugh about this risotto. Gluey, only the flavor of Parmesan, and well- I guess like overcooked under watered oatmeal is all I can compare it to. It’s pretty awful. My daughter enjoyed her shrimp scampi, even though it’s so over seasoned her throat is burning. My husband ordered pork chops, they were overcooked, and nothing to really add. My first thought on my fettuccine Alfredo was “where’s the Alfredo?” The chicken was cooked nicely though.

I wanted to share an update about my recent experience with the service I received. Unfortunately, I have to take back my earlier positive remarks. After placing another order, it never showed up, again!!! To add to the confusion, I got a text asking me to rate my experience, which felt inappropriate since I didn’t actually receive any food. When I called to inquire about my order which at this point was an hour late, the manager, Mia, came across as quite dismissive. She offered to remake my order but clearly indicated that I was more of an inconvenience than anything else, which was really frustrating. Yes, Mia, I wanted you to remake it—because I was hungry! In the end, I decided to cancel my order due to the lack of proper support and also in fear of what I was going to get. Once again, I found myself with no dinner while at work. Now, I’m left waiting for a refund with no food and feeling pretty overlooked. You guys should stop offering delivery if this is your end results! For anyone thinking about ordering delivery from this place, I really recommend avoiding it! I’ve made the decision not to order from here or use DoorDash anymore. And Mia, do better. You can’t eat refunds and most people don’t place food orders so they can wait hours to be left with no food and attitude! Oh.
I recently placed a delivery order, and let’s just say it turned into quite the adventure. When I called the restaurant, I expected another hiccup, but I was pleasantly surprised. Kayleigh, the manager, took my call and was incredibly reassuring. She quickly offered to have my food remade so it would arrive warm and assured me that someone would pick it up and deliver it promptly while she apologized profusely.
To top it off, she even sent me a lovely surprise—a cake! She transformed a potentially frustrating situation into a much better experience. Although my food did take a bit longer to arrive, it was warm and delicious. The standout moment was definitely how well Kayleigh handled everything. She was fantastic. Thank you so much!

I usually order chicken piccata when I eat out, but this was my first time getting it to go from Carrabba’s. Since it’s my all-time favorite dish, I was quite disappointed with my experience. The sauce was very bland, the rigatoni was dry, and the chicken had grill marks but didn’t appear to be fully cooked. When I arrived to pick up my order, I felt uncomfortable because I noticed all the staff outside smoking cigarettes.
