This used to be our favorite taco bell back in like 2014-2017, but the food quality has just really gone downhill badly over the years and it tricks me every time. They’re always out of ingredients, the various taco shells always taste stale, and there’s not enough filling in the tacos! I got this box and these tacos don’t have enough in them! Dude, I don’t think I can actually finish this food. I need to stop visiting this location. I keep doing it because it’s on the way home from the highway and it’s convenient. At least all my encounters with the staff have been pleasant.

I’ve tried to give them second chances, but somehow every visit gets worse.
Wrong items, missing items, ruined items, on top of that there can be hardly anyone in line and its still a 5-10 minute wait. Anything over 4 items is too big of an order for them because “they’re having machine issues” but that’s been the case for months, this has always been a problem with this location. I don’t understand how corporate hasn’t gotten involved with this location, because this tacobell is horrendous, and that’s on tacobell standards which aren’t very high to begin with.
Save your time and sanity and go somewhere else.

Well, there was a few downs about this trip to eat… walked in to order food (on kiosk) nothing special about my food ordered, the lady that came to the front counter wasn’t sure even what cups to hand out, during my stop at the drink station there was something in it that did not look right at all…. (I work in a fast food restaurant and haven’t seen this before ), after that we finally got our food for it to be not made correctly, next a male staff came to help and had it made over again but there was extra things adding that are not even supposed to go on it… displeased with this visit unfortunately

This location is GARBAGE!!! If I could give no stars and still leave a review I would! Asked for tomatoes got none, the beans a meat are petrified and the chips are stale. And yes I know it’s fast food but come on really get it together!

This Taco bell has never gotten an order of mine wrong. Sometimes they run out of things or machines are down, but overall they’re pretty reliable.
I did not get her name, but I had the sweetest person at the drive thru last night. She has gorgeous pink hair. Was so polite and said my name when telling me to have a good night. Most people just hand you the bag. Tiny things make a huge difference.

Several times I have came here and they told me they were unable to service me because of not having enough staff. I had placed an order for drive thru pickup and it went through, when driving to location and saying we have a pick up order they told me they couldn’t make it because they were closed, then why was my order accepted? On top of that they had closed earlier than what the hours said! Please do better!

This is the best taco bell . They actually put meat or beans in the taco or burrito! We drive 25 min to this location to get quality food and interact with friendly and caring employees.

This Taco Bell lives up to the standards you’d expect from this franchise.
Staff was courteous and polite and the good was delivered quickly with the quality you’d come to expect.
The restaurant is in a good location with easy access to I-496, so it is convenientl to access if you are heading North or South.
Plenty of free surface-level parking and the restaurant is handicapped accessible.

UPDATE: today I went and it took a really extra long time and I ordered a cantina chicken bowl and they gave me a bowl with NO CHICKEN… didn’t say anything just gave it to me hoping I wouldn’t notice before I drove away. Really upset because I don’t have time to drive back for a refund today
I have never had a bad experience at this Taco Bell. I Mobil ordered today and they were out of nacho fries. They let me know and said they would substitute chips and cheese. When I went up to the window the nice lady also upgraded my drinks to a large. When I got home I noticed they also added two free potato tacos. They go above and beyond to make every customer happy and provide better service than any other tacobell I’ve been to. I live farther away from this one but don’t mind making the drive for the better service.

BIG TIME!! wonderful workers…. took my boy here cause he like that chihuahua on the T V, boy was that a good idea…. he was jumpin for joy like a darn kangaroo LOL love my boy.. these workers.. very polite… Wonderful young men. Midnight baja… let s just say, the best? Love that dorito loco taco
