ever came across I went to little Caesars a few days ago on the morning shift and my goodness she needs to pick up the pace if she don’t like her job she needs to find a new one i placed my order 35 mins before arrival and she still didn’t have it ready no one was in the lobby so I’m not understanding why did I have to wait additional 30 mins for 4 suppose to be Hot And Ready… It should be called Slow & Still that place is pure hell they need new morning workers.. Maybe if she pick up the pace and break a sweat she can do herself and all of us a favor

My wife went up there and bought a small lunch pizza she paid with a card than they turned around 2 mins later if that and said we don’t have that dough today we can’t make it than proceeds to say our computers are down and we can’t refund you your money. Pretty much take a loss or pick something else so she ordered crazy bread instead got home and they were still raw and not even hardly cooked this place sucks and will not ever have my service or money again.

Missing items on order, stuffed crust pizza was a regular pizza with the edges folded over. Lady behind the counter proceeded to touch my pizza with bare hands to “prove” it was a stuffed crust. When I asked for a refund she grabbed the pizza off the counter, took a large step back and said she was taking the pizza and I needed to do the refund online. When I asked how I would prove what my issues were she insisted that I would just be able to apply for the refund and they’d issue it without any proof. She then proceeded to call me a liar about the items I was missing but refused to look at the footage after insisting that she knew exactly what she handed the “door dash lady” – (I didn’t order through a delivery service).

This is the second time we have visited this location and it will be the last. The wait times are horrendous, the staff isnt overly friendly and they really dont seem to want to fulfill orders in a timely fashion. Three other people were waiting longer than anticipated before we got here.

We waited in line for 31 minutes to have a orange long hair lady (Jalyn) come to the window finally to ask us what she can do for us. I thought someone else got you. Mind you we come here every Thursday. And always have pretty good service ( Dallas) waits on us most times and is extremely friendly and kind. Explains we will have a wait if there is going to be one. No new manager tonight and the place is a crap show. Then a young gentleman in glasses had the audacity to tell us we needed to pull forward because he had other orders he had to take care of after ours was already paid for. Ended up after paying waiting for a total of an hour. Frustrated mom of four kids!

At the drive thru currently. The person at the front counter is asleep on the job and we’ve waited 18 minutes (as of right now) for food that was supposed to be done at 8:15… the only person working is taking their time also while there is 4 people in the drive thru (the front lobby is locked) mind you it’s 8:35.

Cashier was really trying but I wonder what the pizza maker was on. Ordered a supreme pizza and waited about a half hour after I was supposed to pick it up and get this. Looks like they just tossed toppings on a pizza that was already made from about a hour earlier. Guess I’ll just go eat at Mr Gattis right down the road.
