This is the worse Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. The owner needs to fire the manager and all of the employees and start over. I’ve given them multiple chances and now I’m done. The food was disgusting. Old nasty fries. The burger was a disgrace. The employees hate their jobs and you can clearly see that. They don’t care. I paid almost 4 dollars for a bacon cheeseburger for my son which they got wrong and the meat was a thin piece of paper meat. He will eat anything and would not eat it. I don’t know how you are still open.

i don’t mind wendy’s like it’s not necessarily my thing. i’m late for work and i needed to grab a bite and this location is closest to my job. tell me why i eat these nuggets and fries just fine. sipping on the sprite for maybe a couple hours, and then towards the end of my shift i feel HORRIBLE. i write it off as me just not wanting to be at work.
i get home and hop in the shower just to become immediately debilitated. everything in my stomach comes ripping out my esophagus, like i have gotten sick plenty of times, but wowza this was really taking it out of me.
overall, i threw everything up, and the nuggets… hadn’t dissolved at all?? very strange thing i noticed.
this is not the first time i have felt this way after eating at wendy’s.
i know that it is their food considering how little i go there, and how everytime i do i SOMEHOW get irrationally sick.
service was fine no comments nor complaints just think the food should stop being sold
i’ve never written a review before either, this experience genuinely made me feel like i should inform the general public.

Unless they have a 4 car on the drive through you won’t get a good burger.cook them fresh if haven’t had an order for a while.dont sell the ones for chili.and your business might improve.

Worst service I ever had at a Wendy’s. Manager seen it all and didn’t care. About 2 pm 8/17. If I was a owner I’d look into my staff choices. We stood in line for over 30 minutes. There were maybe 4 or 5 tables in the restaurant already sat. they were not overly busy. No one talked to us. They never took our order. The girl up front who is super lazy is looking into burger packages on the front counter. Opening food on outbound trays is unacceptable. We got tired of being rudely ignored and we walked out. The manager had walked by and viewed the situation and walked her butt back to the office and disappeared.

If I can give this place a 0 stars I would . My husband , 7yr old and I came to have lunch. We ate inside but as soon as we walked in the girl at the register gave attitude when I was telling her what i wanted. I asked a question and she just repeated my question like she was annoyed. After we payed there was a white family that went up to order and her whole attitude changed and better customer service for them. When the other family left the restaurant she yelled out to them have a great day . When we left we got eye rolled and a nasty face . The employee looked native American but she is racist . She treated the white family better than us . I’am never going back to this restaurant. What ever happened to treating everyone equally and with respect SMH

Portions are so small now that it is just ridiculous. The service was fine, and the dining room was large and empty. The soda machine was pretty cool. They had like 7 or 8 different flavors of powerade and coke zero. Maybe it was just me, but both seemed sour, though. I miss the Wendy’s of the early 2000’s. Great food that was real. Tonight, I got greasy cardboard fries and over processed chicken, very little of each. The bacon was good and crunchy. I can’t complain about the bacon. Wendy’s is on my NO list for the foreseeable future though.
