Jason was an incredible server. Great personality and high knowledge of the menu. Made great recommendations and fulfilled all of our requests. Delightful young man! You are lucky to have him on your staff! We had two different lunch trios and they were amazing! The stuffed mushrooms and the shrimp scampi and the amazing soup and salad with the signature bread and olive oil dip! All was superb! We had the Sogno di Cioccolata for dessert and it was off the charts amazing.

Front of the house service is horrendous. They kept us waiting almost 40minutes after telling us just 15 minutes. When we were seated, no one came by for 10min. I stood up to go inquire about a server, then the guy serving the table next to us comes running over to apologize that he didn’t know we were his table. Sadly, he gave nearly the same excuse to another table 30 minutes later. Our server, Mr. D from NJ, spent all of his time chatting with a staff who was dining with his friend. Top it off, he forgot our drink orders. Pasta was ok, chicken parm, was thin and dry.

Eight Senior Citizens getting together to celebrate a birthday and a wedding anniversary can be quite hectic on a server… but not ALEX! He made our experience very enjoyable and memorable! Alex is one of the best servers I’ve had in my lifetime. As a retired VP of Sales, Marketing, & Customer Service, I can tell you I’ve eaten out more times than I care to count, so I’ve experienced A LOT of servers and because of my 40+ years in Customer Service, I do not give outstanding reviews lightly but I can tell you that Alex more than earned this review! Give this Carrabba’s a try and be sure to ask for ALEX, HE’s AMAZING!!!

This is my first time ever coming to Carrabba’s Italian grill, my friend and I sat at the bar, best experience ever. The food was absolutely tasty from beginning to end. We came for happy hour and ordered some apps, and shared a pasta. Our bartender Brandon was amazing and so thoughtful. He helped us decide what drinks we wanted and the perfect appetizers to go with it. He was so attentive and kind. I am very pleased with his service and even one of the servers Carlos came and checked on us to make sure we were okay. The staff is so sweet. I will definitely be back and I am grateful I got such great time here and now it will stay with me forever. Thank you guys!!!

We came to Carrabba’s for dinner. Overall, the food was very tasty and the portions very generous. We also had a couple of cocktail rounds that were quite nice. The staff were very diligent and the service was good.

We had the pleasure of having Jason as our server and he was stellar! Jason was attentive, funny and very helpful with the ordering process. If I could give 10 stars I would. We visited Orlando for a vacation and went to eat at our favorite place since we have none in CA. We had the BEST waiter, Argenis went above and beyond for us always had our drinks refilled and was just so welcoming! We even had dinner there twice cause of him! Hands down the best! Food was delicious and that’s why it’s one of our favorite restaurants!

The food was cooked perfectly to order. The ribeye as ordered, was flavorful and tender. The salmon was so good, flaky, the sauce-complete with the tiny burst of salty goodness capers-was terrific. The grilled asparagus was obviously cooked to order and perfectly grilled.
So glad we stayed. Originally went for the Veal but found out that corporate decided to remove veal from the menu.
Almost best of all was the service we received from Phil A. Phil was attentive without being overbearing and seemed genuinely invested in ensuring that we enjoyed our meal and our evening!

We are locals to the area and just wanted a quick easy dinner. So happy we decided to stop in. We were greeted very nicely and accommodated when we asked for a booth.
Our server, Jason was OUTSTANDING!!! He was quick, listened, and attentive. Answered our questions and was very informative about the drinks.
The head chef, Marco was amazing and came over to introduce himself.
We will definitely be back and will absolutely ask for Jason because of the great experience!

First time going to Carabbas and we were really happy with our experience! Food was fantastic, service was great, atmosphere really good and prices were reasonable. Will definitely come back here again!
