Our burgers are grilled to order made with juicy 100% beef patties and freshly baked buns. We only use crisp, fresh produce, our fries are hand-cut from whole potatoes, and our shakes are made from real ice cream.

PROS: good customer service, decent prices & portions expect to spend about $12-$15 each person, delicious fresh ingredients, crispy fries, well-cooked beef, great presentation. They’re doing much better than they were months back.
CONS: loud teenagers go here a lot and they’re pretty obnoxious and inconsiderate of others and invade people’s space. Don’t go here if you want a quiet or undisturbed meal.

I came through the drive-through and had the sweetest experience. Kimmi was incredibly kind to my children — I’ve honestly never seen someone love their job the way she does. She gave them stickers, a coloring page, and even a hat, which absolutely made their day. Alissa was also very attentive and helpful. The customer service was truly above and beyond. This is a nice location off highway 99 with alot of shops and restaurants in the same vicinity. I got there shortly after they opened (1030am) and the drive thru was already forming!
You can’t go wrong with their cheeseburgers (animal style) and fries. Prices are still COMPETITIVE and the quality is still great for a fast food restaurant.
Love the chickens roaming around the location – please drive slowly!

We always get good service when we go here and I don’t think our order has ever been wrong. Even with the long lines it seems to move quickly. They always have someone walking around cleaning which is a big thing with such a busy restaurant. The food is always cooked well. It’s definitely a family favorite when we don’t feel like cooking.

Left with a burger that had live bugs on the lettuce… went back & showed the manager & he showed no concern, offered no apology, other than taking it to the back along with my receipt. Came back with a new burger, no lettuce & no explanation or offer for a refund.. & without my receipt..
The bugs are almost undetectable so beware their lettuce may not be thoroughly cleaned..

I stopped in here on a drive and I’m not kidding. This is the friendliest In-N-Out I’ve ever been to. The staff at this location is so kind. My experience was that there was plenty of parking. I walked right in. There’s also plenty of seating. I connected with one of the workers and was able to order quickly. I walked outside, and I was going to eat out there, but I noticed there were some chickens. Yeah, you read that right, there are chickens that live here! So I went back inside and eat in there. The staff was great. My food was perfect. This is one of the best In-N-Out that I’ve ever been to in my entire life.
