I wanted to jump on here and express the two different experiences I had here during my stay. I have family who reside in West Palm Beach and they go here often and it’s usually a great experience however, they always seem to say that when particular young lady is working as the hostess, they always have an off experience. I visit Palm Beach often and have never experienced this myself. Two weeks ago I came down to visit some family and take a break from work and the first night was amazing. Nick was our server and he was awesome, very attentive and delivered exceptional customer service. He needs to have more days on the schedule. However, for the last night of my stay, I wanted to close out with some good ol’ Flanigan ribs but that wasn’t the case. I didn’t get to get the young lady’s name who was the hostess at the time. From what I can remember, it was a Wednesday night, January 28 around 8 PM. The hostess was extremely rude condescending and seem to serve people who dressed in business attire over casual. You should never judge a book by its cover. Flanigans is a place that many people visit regardless of their social status and financial class. It was cold that day so we were all in hoodies and I Believe the young lady assumed that we weren’t going to splurge because she had sat us all the way in the back, and everyone who was dressed in a particular business manner was in the front which I had noticed. I study psychology and I’ve been in the restaurant business prior to my transition into this field for more than 20 years. In summary, the young lady was a fair skinned, heavyset woman. The other young lady of smaller statue was a server and she looked confused as if she just started working there and didn’t know what to do. This all started when I asked if we could get a booth instead of a table/ chair combination. After that suggestion, everything went downhill. The young lady who guided us to our table, ignored me and walked to the front to discuss with the hostess. We were ignored for a while until We were told that we have to go back outside and speak to the hostess and wait for another table. There were many available booths. I did not understand what the issue was. Following our entry, there were guests getting seated at booths, all with business attire on. My uncle was offended and decided that we should go elsewhere with our business. As we were leaving, the hostess condescendingly said “Have a good night guys, Thank you anyway.“ The owner knows my uncle very well as he is a regular who visits the bar often. I am sure he is unaware of the kind of service this young lady delivers, but something needs to be done. She does not belong in customer service or hospitality until she is more experienced with communication and reading cues. Please reconsider moving her to the back of the house as this will hurt your business by making her the face of your restaurant. We will be back, but only when Nick is there.

Loved everything about my first visit! The atmosphere is fun and comfortable. The staff were extremely kind and our waitress Pierina stayed on top of all our needs. And the food was delicious!! The tumbleweed onions were the highlight, along with the signature Flanigan’s burger. 3 entrees, 2 appetizers, 3 drinks and it was still only about $75. Highly recommend!!!

Flanigan’s is a great place to eat. Great ribs, chicken wings, in great prices. The food is exceptional, the wait staff is friendly. The atmosphere is fun. We eat here probably a couple times a week as it’s my grandson’s absolute favorite place to go for the wings.

Has a great time. Server was very friendly and food arrived very quickly. TVs were placed in good locations to allow everyone at our booth to watch. Food was amazing. I would definitely recommend. (Texas burger is my favorite. 😉 )

I went for the rave about their Nachos! Unfortunately as an Nacho connoisseur I was highly disappointed! No options of meat choices were offered besides the chili beans(tasted fresh out of the can). The cheese was so thick it couldn’t be enjoyed.(not real cheese) I give the Nachos a 3 out of a 10, 10 being the Best
