This was my first time going yo Jimmy Changas. When first walking in, it was pretty and welcoming. The waitress Amelia was very sweet, and helpful. The food was good, but the Taquito was AMAZING! The Sopapillas were really good as well. The only reason I gave a 4 star was because the wait time was sooooo long. It felt like it took forever. We got there around 4:30 and left at 7:15. The last approx. 30 mins were us just talking but rest of the time was waiting whether is was on drinks or food. Way to long, but would try again. We could have just gone on an off time.

The servers are knowledgeable and friendly, they make you feel at home.

Stopped in during lunch. Just wow! On my 1st visit this restaurant knocked it out of the park. Food is fresh and so good. Fast & very friendly service. Thank you Jeff for your hospitality! The entire staff was amazing, everyone greeted me which makes for a truly pleasant experience. Be back soon with my family.

Servers are really good people. Portions are large and taste great. Rhey keep the floors clean and tables clear. This is a goid sign. Granddaughter loves the playground and naturally the ice-cream. The military discount is the best of all restaurants. This place is my go to place, make it yours. Get on the wait list so you don’t have to wait.

If you have allergies, skip this location. I have a milk allergy. I read menus carefully and still ask if dairy is in or on the dish. I ordered pork pastor bowl. I specifically asked about cheese. Server stated that there was not. When our meal was served, there was cheese on my dish. I handed the dish back and politely stated that I’m allergic to milk and there was cheese. The person who brought the food from the kitchen took it to the server who said that he’d send it back. No apology. My family finishes their meals. We pay the check. The server tells me that it’s almost finished. I asked for it to go as my family had finished their meals. He said no problem. 10 minutes later…30 minutes after sending the dish back, I received the dish to go. No apology. No comp for our wait. Other locations have been very attentive to this detail. Not impressed.

The food is served quickly, and the staff is enthusiastic and attentive. Plus, you get free ice cream after your meal! I ordered the kids’ crispy taco, Pollo Marisco, and Ribeye Street Taco. This order was for a client and its perfect with so many choices. It’s called a snack tray, but it was a great choice for an office lunch.
Aubrey brought it to my car and went over everything with me.
Includes beef quesadillas, chicken eggrolls, tamales, stuffed peppers & more.
Lots of flavor in everything.
Thank you for the efficiency and pleasurable attitude. I will use Jimmy Changa again soon.

Food and services were very good for our large group (16) but they were less than cooperative when we tried to give them heads up for our arrival . They started that they had a policy against reservations and could not ensure that they would have space for us. Told her perhaps to book something with the corporate office. The organizer pushed ahead with the event (where I would not have). We arrived at a nearly empty restaurant on a Tuesday night and had a good time. With all the places closing their doors you would have thought we would be greeted with open arms when we called ahead.
