Came at 3 to try the fresh made waffle cones. There was only 1 left and no offer to make more for the rest our party.
The ice cream flavors were enjoyed; coffee, strawberry cheesecake, cookie dough, chocolate.
I would suggest making the waffle cones available all the time if you are going to promote the freshly made cones on your social media.

I stopped by The Yeti Tavern and was honestly really impressed. First off, the place had a super chill atmosphere — the inside was cool and relaxing, which felt amazing after being out in the heat. It’s got a fun, outpost-style theme that gives it a unique vibe you don’t see often in an ice cream shop.
I tried the green tea ice cream and it was incredible — super smooth, flavorful, and not too sweet. Definitely one of the best versions of green tea ice cream I’ve ever had. The woman working behind the counter was so kind and friendly, and she made the whole experience even more enjoyable. You can tell the staff here actually care about the customers.
Upstairs, they even have some arcade machines which added an extra level of fun — perfect if you want to hang out a bit longer or bring friends. Even with all that, the place wasn’t crowded at all. I was in and out in under three minutes, which made it super convenient. Quick service, great quality, and a relaxing atmosphere — can’t ask for more.
I’ll definitely be coming back. This spot is a hidden gem in Auburn!

Our New Favorite Place for a Sweet Treat
We just discovered Yeti Tavern in downtown Auburn, and I have to say, it’s a total gem! As a family with two young boys, we are always on the lookout for places that are both delicious and welcoming, and this place checks all the boxes.
The moment you walk in, the vibe is just so cool and fun—like you’re on a real adventure! The staff was incredibly friendly and patient, especially with my kids who took forever to decide on their flavors. They made us feel right at home and were happy to help us with our choices.
The ice cream itself is fantastic. They have a great selection of hand-dipped flavors, and you can get them in fresh waffle cones, as floats, or even in their specials of the month. My boys loved their scoops, and I was really impressed with how fresh everything tasted. It’s the kind of place where you can tell they care about quality.
If you’re looking for a perfect family outing, Yeti Tavern is a must-visit. We’ll definitely be making this our go-to spot for ice cream adventures from now on!

I love this place! Wonderful family-owned business. The ice cream was very tasty. I also had a beer while I was there, it was ice cold and very tasty as well. Whenever I’m in town I will be stopping by to have a cold one here at the Yeti Tavern. Very charming atmospher, tasty ice cream and above all the super nice customer service by Elise. She offered me to try the sea salt caramel which is not my favorite and really appreciate her suggestion. You got to try it. Elsie is such a wonderful host and when I appreciated her manner, she blows me a kiss, which made my day. I can’t express good enough how charming, helpful and well mannered person she is. We went here for the first time and it’s going to be a regular weekly stop.

Cute little spot downtown. Hands down the best Vietnamese coffee ice cream! Not too sweet, just the right amount of bitter, and super fresh cones! Absolutely delicious! And customer service was great. They were very accommodating to our sample requests 🙂 We will be back!
