We came here for lunch. The decorations and theming are beautiful! I placed a mobile order on the Universal app and expected that we would get the food at a counter and then sit. When we came in, there was a line from the front to the back, and we were told we had to wait for a table. So they had a staff member who led you to your table, and then you sat down, and then they would bring your food to the table after you scanned the QR code on the table. I thought that this system was interesting, as I do not love fighting for a seat. I ordered the Pizza Moon Pepperoni, my sister got the Pink Moon alla Vodka, and we got one Single Serve Coca-Cola Freestyle cup. Based on the title of the drink, I thought that it meant that we would get one cup of the drink with no refills. However, they had the machines up at the front and gave us a glass, so I was able to refill it a couple of times. We waited about 10 minutes for our food. I really enjoyed the pizza and thought it had a nice quality compared to other theme park pizzas I have had. My sister enjoyed her meal and said it was the perfect portion for her. The prices were steep for what they were, but that’s theme park food in general.

Pizza Moon has totally mastered pizza at theme parks! Their pizza is amazing, and it takes theme park pizza to a whole other level. We ended up getting the cowboy pizza and it was really good. I love the style and the tastes together were very complementary. I also tried the UBE pizza and it was incredible. The crust taste so good. I hope they do more combinations with that crust.
Teri was the host and he did an incredible job with greeting everyone and making you feel welcome.
We tried both of the desserts, and I have to say that the lemon one was better for my husband and the chocolate one was better for me. So I guess it just depends on your taste, but they both are amazing.
I really wish we would’ve sat inside, but it seemed kind of busy when we came. We came back before the night ended, and I saw all the amazing art and atmosphere in this restaurant.
On a sidenote, these pizzas are really big. I could not eat one alone so I’m glad that they’re splittable portions because my husband and I split them.
You should really consider eating here because it was the best food I’ve had a theme park, and definitely the best theme park pizza.

As someone from Brazil (and honestly, our pizzas are WAY better than american pizzas), I wasn’t expecting too much from this place, and it surprised me! We ordered a Garlic Pizza and it was $20. I’m not a big garlic fan but even with that, it was pretty good! Nice price, nice atmosphere and nice size as well, I was doubting that it would be enough for me and for my wife, but it was! 6 slices. I highly recommend it!

There’s a lineup in the restaurant, but it definitely moves faster than the lineups for rides. While you wait, you can enjoy the interior, which is based on an early 1900s Victorian theatre with moving figures.
I got the only two non-vegetarian pizza on the menu:
Pizza Lunare $19.99
Roasted garlic béchamel, fromage de lune, ricotta, pancetta, garlic confit, purple celestial cube crust.
The Pizza Moon Pepperoni $18.99
Tomato sauce, fromage de lune, pepperoni
The Pizza Lunare has a unique purple dough — very unheard of in other pizzerias. It had a nice fragrance to it thanks to the garlic, and I like the pancetta! The ube pizza is softer in texture than the pepperoni (which had more of a crisp to it) due to the ube in the dough. I couldn’t really taste anything “ube” about the pizza though.
The pepperoni pizza was popular (and good) too; the pepperoni itself was a bit sweeter than what I’m used to, which is good for me, because they were kind of thick, and I would not have wanted that to be too salty.
Overall, it’s a pretty good meal at a good price. Each pizza serves 2 adults, but in my opinion, each pizza could have served 3 adults if they’re all light eaters. But where else can you get 4 people full for less than $50? Pizza taste and quality is also on par with restaurants outside the theme park.

Better than expected! Prices were as expected. 12 inch pizza was $20. It says it feeds 2 but my teenage boys, myself and husband each had our own pizza. Was filling. I ordered The Nanarossa. It was good, could use a little more flavor and more cheese. My boys got the pepperoni and said it was pretty good. My husband ordered The Lunare and it was fabulous compared to the Nanarossa. Very flavorful.
Ordering food via app was seamless. You can order via mobile once you’re inside to be seated, then scan your table QR code and it’s delivered to table.
There was a line when we walked up but got inside within 10 mins. By the time we placed our order, probably took about 15-20 mins for three of our pizza to be delivered. Took 10 mins longer than that for my husband’s pizza, The Lunare.
Reactivating our souvenir cups here was confusing. I purchased via mobile app since that’s how you order food. It asked for my table QR code, not sure why since I already have the cups. Finally went to bar counter and that person was able to reactivate cups. Staff is busy guiding people to available tables throughout the restaurant or they’re delivering food. Seems like multiple managers were walking around doing the same as staff and not making sure customers had what they needed. The staff member, Pedro, at the bar was super helpful!
Gave 5 star considering it’s a theme park restaurant. Again, expected high prices and low quantity and quality. Would definitely eat here again if we come back.

Although tasty, the rigatoni and meatballs I ordered had obviously sitting under lights for a while. Rigatoni was hard pasta was dry and meatball overdone. For the price, I expected better. When I asked the server about it, he replied you want parmesan? Pretty funny…

Cute pizza shop inside Epic Universe, and consistent with the theme park, was an immersive experience. This would be considered pretty good pizza even if it was outside of the theme park. Good size to be shared by 2 people where you are full but not miserable. Drinks are freestyle and located back near the order counter if you don’t have the app. We ordered while we waited in line to be seated (~25 minutes) and added our table number afterwards. The process was very efficient and there was a continuous line of people in and out. We waited about another 15 minutes for our pizza to come out, had to ask for plates and napkins but was provided them immediately. Overall, decent experience and gave us a chance to get out of the heat and rest our feet.

Such a cool atmosphere with lots of decor. They have food & drinks runners so we ordered online & everything is brought to you. There is a lot of seating but they are located in a main area so it could get busy. The food is decorative & appealing.

Another location had to check out. As a Smashing Pumpkin’s fan of the music video for Tonight, Tonight I absolutely loved the design of this place. Based on Georges Méliès 1902 film, “A trip to the Moon” but with a color and character also seemingly drawn from the music video it’s just desert for the eyes. The “Purple” pizza was quite good, all three of us at the table enjoyed it with my dad commenting it was one of the better tasting crusts had ever samples from a pizza. I can easily see this being a location I frequent in any future visit to Epic. Wasn’t a high cost for the quality either. Like many of the Universal locations, you can scan the QR code at your table and have the food delivered to you that way.

Beautiful themeing! The restaurant felt amazing as soon as you walked in! The food was beautiful too! Only downside is you could only ammend the toppings on the pizza if you have an allergy requirement and not just to make it to your taste! Other than that it was a great experience! The prices again were reasonable for a theme park restaurant! Would definitely recommend this place!
