To be honest I’m not from this area but for all the Taco Bell that I’ve been to so many in Florida. It does not compare to this one in Ohio. Not one of my food items was incorrect . Everything I got looked like the picture on the menu. I devoured everything. If it didn’t taste so good I would have had pictures. I am highly impressed . So with that thank you. Keep doing what you’re doing. Don’t listen to these other reviews. They haven’t ordered Taco Bell in Florida lol

Worst taco bell on this side of town. Don’t waste your money. These are the dumbest employees I’ve ever seen. Guaranteed EVERY SINGLE time they will not put half my meal in the bag, they frequently run out of basic items like mild sauce. This place owes me at least $150 in missing items. Service is great. The food? Not so much. I ordered a bean burrito, no onions, add beef and nacho cheese. I get thru half of my burrito with no nacho cheese and almost no beef. I finally reach the part with beef and nacho cheese and it doesn’t matter because it is filled with onions. I cannot and will not eat onions. They don’t agree with me. I’m very disappointed and still hungry. I ordered it in the drive thru and was eating it while driving, so I couldn’t exactly just go back

Went through the drive through, had a small modification of not having meat one one item ordered. The cashier confirmed our order and was great. Got our food and everything is wrong, ok everyone makes mistakes. Went back for the correct items with the incorrect food. When I got there no apology, just took the incorrect food back and slammed it on the prep counter. The guy poked at the incorrect food while throwing things around like in some kind of fit. After poking food that left the restaurant went back to making orders without changing gloves. Our food was bagged up and thrown to the window lady to give it back to us.

I mean there was chicken in my Crunchwrap, right along with the beef. Not a good surprise. The workers were very nice and remade it but yeah the food was subpar at best, and mini sized portions.

One of the worst Taco Bell’s I’ve been to. The first time I went here the food was not made well. However, I gave them a couple more shots just in case that was a one time event. They have disappointed every time.
1.) They frequently “forget” to apply the discount for drinks during happier hour so I had to correct them every time.
2.) Food is generally just poorly made.
3.) Freezes are only 3/4 full and a poor consistency. It’s hard to describe exactly what’s wrong with them but like the ice in it is weird. It’s like the opposite of too melty. Too frozen? Idk
4.) Cant assemble a burrito properly to save their life. Always under-filled (see photo). They also always have issues with ingredient placement. For example, the last burrito I got had all of the sour cream on one side and all of the meat on the other.
5.) Always messing up changes to menu items. I asked for extra fiesta strips in my burrito since I’ve noticed that all Taco Bell’s have been skimping on those recently, but, like usual, my burrito only had a couple fiesta strips in it. And they were all on the one end! The last time I ordered here, I asked them go add rice and they forgot. They didn’t forget to charge me extra though!

It has been a loooooong time since we had Taco Bell. So, we had Taco Bell on Hilliard Rome Rd tonight. The service was great but the food was a 3/10. Rock hard chicken in two burritos and barely any meat in the crunch wrap. They have applied shrinkflation to the portion sizes so you would think that they would want the smaller portions to be, at the very least, okay.

They have definitely improved since they became a stand alone restaurant. The food was fresh and tasted good. They were out of the new Mt Dew soda which is why I gave 4 stars. I usually go to the Broad Street location, but they’ve let me down the last 3 visits so I am very pleased this location has improved so much. T
