Absolute worst looking order we’ve ever received from this location. The sausage pizza was as thin as a piece of paper and looked like it was sitting for a long time. The pepperoni pizza was more crust than pizza, and there was barely any seasoning on the garlic bread. For a self serve location you think they would do a better job in the kitchen.

It’s a 5.00 pizza got what I paid for. New remodel looks good not excited about the all the kiosk and automation but I get it. It’s the times. But there was young brother with Dreads, that constantly came from the back to accommodate all customers. Seemed to be very aware that this new process of ordering and picking up was new to a lot of customers. He was very patient and accommodating. Give that young man a raise!

Everytime I order from here, there is always something wrong with my order. Pizza is either overcooked, has barely any toppings, more crust than actual sauce/toppings, etc. Every once in a while, they do a good job getting the food right. I used to order the stuffed crazy bread until they started giving me regular crazy bread, then I just stopped ordering it because whenever I would call about it, nobody would answer. Tonight I decided to try to order stuffed crazy bread again. They got my 3 pizza orders correct and the Italian cheesey bread, which was surprising, and even added the extra toppings like they’re supposed to, but again, just regular crazy bread instead of stuffed. I decided to call again because they charge more for the stuffed crazy bread (not much more, but I still would like what I ordered). After about 5 mins, someone actually answered. I told him I ordered stuffed crazy bread, but got regular crazy bread instead and that it’s happened before, so I asked if they even have the stuffed crazy bread anymore. He doesn’t say anything for a good 5-7 seconds and then finally says he’s gonna hand me off to his manager to resolve the issue. I’m still on hold and it’s been 45 mins. While I’ve been on hold, I was reading all these reviews and saw someone say that they don’t have the stuffed crazy bread anymore. How hard is it to tell someone that over the phone instead of putting them on hold for their manager to “resolve” the issue and then to just leave them on hold??? What the hell??? If you don’t have it, just say that. Also, maybe take it off the menu so people don’t keep trying to order it because after reading these reviews, it clearly seems like it’s been an ongoing issue for a while now. Anyway, I know this review won’t change anything, I just needed to complain about my damn stuffed crazy bread. That’s all I wanted. Stuffed crazy bread.

If I could give negative stars I would. Whoever had the bright idea of making the store self checkout and to where you can’t even speak to a person is a buffoon. Your employees won’t update the order on the app so you have to keep walking in and out in and out just to walk in and your order still not be ready, won’t answer the door to speak to a customer about said issues. They are literally sitting back there not doing a damn thing which is crazy, what are you even paying these people to do? You made there job 10x easier and now these lazy workers dont wanna do jack. Ive waited 30 minutes for 2 sides of crazy bread. I would have had better luck going to the dumpster out back and finding breadsticks then wait on these “employees”.

Me and my family used to love this place until you guys renovated it. The cashiers are gone and now we have to order online which doesn’t even work, it declines our cards everytime. Please change back to your old ways and bring back your cashiers, as half of my family doesn’t speak enough English to call the store.

No crazy sauce. No pepperoni in my rock hard poppers . First and last time I order those . Did not apply my $3 off $18 or more purchase online. I remember when they only sold two pizzas for ten dollars in a three ft long paper bag . Now it’s fillers n sawdust with chemical cheese playdough. This worlds gone to crap and we’re stuck eating it . Not me I’m out of this fast food con .

I ordered at 10am for 12pm Delivery. They gave the driver the food at 12:08. We didn’t get it until 12:23… Our work lunch ends at 12:30. I called from 11:45-1pm. Put on hold by 4 different people. Never got a hold of Corporate. We will never order again. Never have this issue w/ other Pizza places. Out of the 20 places a month we order from, this had to be the worst experience. Even the pizza was wrong!!! Paid an extra $1 for nothing! Good luck getting a hold of an actual person or you will get hung up on!!!

So I ordered two pretzel pizzas for delivery, breadsticks, and cheese stuffed breadsticks. My order gets delivered, both pizzas were wrong and they gave me two things of normal breadsticks. I try calling multiple times to no avail, so I take the food back to the restaurant to get it corrected. Show my receipt, have to wait 20 minutes for the ‘correct’ food, I get home and they did one of the pizzas the way I ordered it, the other was still wrong, and the breadstcisk weren’t even cut and evidently they no longer make the cheese stuffed ones. On top of that, the pizzas weren’t cut either I was absolutely livid and at that point just done with it. The only reason I’m not canceling my payment is because the driver deserves his tip. This little ceasers is going down hill real fast. 1/10 do not recommend.
