Went in at around 3pm so no lunch or dinner rush but had to wait 45-60 minutes for food. waiting in a line of 3 people for 15-20 minutes before someone even came to take the order at the counter. then waited another 30 minutes for food when the restaurant wasn’t even crowded. unbelievable. i ordered the 6 piece chicken tender for $15.99, i understand food prices are up so I get the cost but when i got home and opened the box I was stunned! paying $15.99 for 6 pieces of chicken tender is not the problem, the problem is when the size of those tenders together equal the size of one hand is not OK! that’s ridiculous! now that’s overpriced for that size portion. i also ordered the 6 piece chicken bucket for $20 and that was much more reasonable price wise. My advice skip the chicken tenders unless you planning on eating it as a snack…ridiculous!

The food here is always delicious and comforting, especially the fried chicken which is crispy and juicy every time. I also enjoy the spaghetti and burgers because they have a unique flavor you don’t usually find elsewhere. The service is quick and friendly, and the place has a welcoming atmosphere. Their food is delicious. I had the cat’s eye special Korean BBQ, chicken sandwich, and a peach mango pie. You must try it! Just to let you know the cat’s eye special Korean BBQ “6pcs” is kind of spicy so watch out! Lol Enjoy! Total for all 3 $30.

I’ve been interested in trying the food at Jollibee. I ordered the spicy chicken deluxe meal. The food was alright and all, nothing to really rave about. The bad thing about this place is that it really lacks indoor (and outdoor) seating. This place is way too small for a fast food restaurant.

Fun little spot. Crunchy chicken. I kind of liked the flavor of the Sketti for sure. Its a fan favorite. I could tell by the clientele people really enjoy the food. New experience. I would try it again. Not a ton of room inside but they have some tables outside too.

I wasn’t going to write a bad review based on one experience, but I’m realizing issues at this location are an ongoing thing. I placed an order using the app several weeks back. The app stated the order was received and processed. Once I got to the location, I pulled up the app only to see an error that the order was not placed. A little annoying but I’m at the location so I’ll just order at the counter. I waited 25 minutes for a 2 piece perfect pair meal! It’s reasons like this that I order ahead. Fast forward to later that evening, I check my bank account only to find out that I was charged for the order I placed on the app. I immediately reach out to customer service and provided my receipt for the exact same order I placed at the counter. I was then told that I would have to go back to the original location to request a refund. I DON’T THINK SO!!! You took the money digitally, you can return it digitally. After some back and forth, I finally received a refund.
Fast forward to the order I placed today. Obviously with my past experience, I’m hesitant to use the app to place my order. I ordered the same perfect pair combo I always do. Wouldn’t you know it, I waited over 20 minutes for my order. Upon arriving back at my office, I see that the gravy cup is maybe 1/4 full of gravy. If Jollibee doesn’t want to give out that much gravy, why is the serving container that size? This location should be better prepared for a rush, and have employees with a sense of urgency. I am officially done with this location. I don’t care how much I enjoy the chicken, the headaches and frustration is NOT worth it!

We went to Jollibee in Bloomingdale Illinois for lunch. First, There were only a few employees working. Service was very slow. The lady (not filipina) who took our order looked like she didnt want to be there. People ahead of us were waiting along time. We shouldn’t have to wait more than 15 mins,especially its not busy. The tables not in use were dirty…same with the floor and garbage container. I would rather go to Jollibee at Seafood City or Skokie locations. I wouldn’t recommend coming here. The average rating for this place is 3…I’m not surprised!

The customer service at this Jollibee location in Illinois is notably lacking. I waited in line for 10 minutes before the staff finally acknowledged me, considering that I was the sole customer in line awaiting their order. The restaurant was not particularly busy. Despite this, other customers were waiting for their orders, having placed them, only to be informed that they would have to wait an additional 25 minutes for spicy chicken. This is not the first instance I have experienced poor service at this location, as it is my preferred choice.
I reckon they need a revamp in management and the team. The people they’ve got don’t seem to care much and I can tell you, I work in the food biz myself. I’ll still be coming here because I dig your chicken and it’s the closest one to me, but I’d suggest either retraining your staff or hiring a more diverse team.

Favorite fast food fried chicken in the burbs! I usually get the spicy 12 pc meal. Spice level is perfect and chicken is juicy. I also love that it is only legs and thighs. Only downside is that the restaurant is always dirty (been there more than 8 times) but I did see the staff clean the tables before, so they probably just didnt have time. They should also have a pick-up area for online orders as the line gets long with only one cashier. Even though the price is higher than Popeyes and KFC’s, but it’s absolutely worth the splurge.
But for chicken sandwiches, Popeyes is still better. Jollibee’s chicken sandwich is quite dry surprisingly.
