This place was delicious. Customer service was good. Food came out in a timely manner. It had a drive-thru or little walk up. It has seats outside the carne asada supreme tacos were amazing. I also got the lingua and it was good. I will definitely be stopping back by when I’m in the area reasonably priced.

So I really hate that I have to rate this so low because it’s my favorite.. But today really let me down . First I ordered 3 birria taco n a smoothie and corn for some odd reason she only heard corn and smoothie now we have to go back in order whit h is no problem but I’ve been up charged 3 birria come out too 13.42 and 3 birria with smoothie is 13.99 . Now with all that being said the card machine stop working food getting cold finally get my good don’t no what cook or why cut 2 of the biggest holes in the broth like wattttttttttt of course that went all in the bag so no broth so I don’t even get to enjoy my tacos not sure what happened here today but the food truck thing kinda disappointed me.

This is just a drive thru with a couple tables outside, but it’s my favorite taqueria south of the city. Gorditas, tacos, burritos, tortas, are all fantastic. They also have agua frescas that are also fantastic. You can’t go wrong with anything you get here. Yes, you’ll have to be patient as it’ll take 10-15 mins at least to get your food, but that’s because they make everything to order. Totally worth it!

1/8/26 @ 3:45pm take the order taker out the front and put her on the back to cook. Poor attitude from the time she took my order and it became consistently worst the more I had to interact. Terrible customer service today and I have never experienced this from here and I have been coming here since it opened. Please put the other young lady back up on the front. She was more polite than this one.

I’ve been looking for a high quality drive through taqueria for some time, and I finally hit the jackpot. I can’t count the number of times I’ve passed this place and didn’t even notice it. My birria and chorizo tacos were hot and fresh. The cheese on the birria tacos pulled about five inches before breaking. The consume had a nice flavor-to-spice balance, and the onions and cilantro hit my palate perfectly. There were several other people waiting outside or in the drive through, and everyone had their order within ten minutes. I will order a smoothie next time to wash it down, which gives me a reason to visit again real soon. I highly recommend Taqueria Palafox for a quick and authentic meal.

ugh food was not good at all, definitely do not get the chicken tacos. Taste like they got it straight out a can and warmed it up, i’ve never been to a mexican restaurant that messed up tacos get food from another place or chipotle, complete waste of $22.

Went here last night to get 4 carne asada tacos with extra cilantro and extra onions and 2 Sprites. Stood in line for almost 10 minutes because no one was at the window. Even tho a young man from the back saw me standing there.

I was charged $4 for extra cilantro and extra onions. You would expect for $4 a field full of onions and nursery full of cilantro right? WRONG!! They barely put any on there.

Then to boot, idk what kind of meat they are using but it sure asl wasn’t beef asada.

Side note: if you like elotes and chip elotes visit the pop up tent to the side. OMG it was so gooooood
