This is one of the only good diners in the area. I really like their breakfast, which is served all day. The staff are nice, nothing special. The food is straight up diner food so don’t expect a fine dining experience. The dining rooms are decent and I’ve never experienced a long wait. There’s also a counter to sit at off to the left.

It was so so. Our waitress was very nice and kept the coffee coming. The food was bland. We ordered breakfast and the eggs just had no taste. They toast was cold and over buttered. Took dessert home because they looked so tempting but the cake was dry

Food is good / lunch specials reasonable, but owner jacked prices up considerably. Printed new menus with higher prices. Foolish mistake on there part they lost the crowd that was filling there lot/ they now go to Antonios/ I am very disappointed in them / I was coming in regularly for salmon salad they raised it over two dollars/ I got it anyway /when it came no cucumbers sprinkled lettuce with the salmon on top /felt ripped off. Go in just for lunch specials occasionally/ service is good. Wait time for food is longer then. It used to be.

Of all the local diners, I think I like the Beltway best. They have a nice menu with many options and the place itself always appears pretty clean. Most of the time the chef is accommodating too. As a vegetarian this is appreciated. Nice diner!

This place needs a good cleaning! I’m afraid of what the kitchen may look like… A friend asked me to pick up breakfast from this place so I tried to call ahead and they wouldn’t take an a phone order until after two because they were really busy in the morning. I had to go in and place the order and wait. I asked what the difference was and she said she didn’t know. So I go in and to place the order at the counter and get immediately hit by foul odor… It smelled like a pig pen… Ugh! I look around and corners are filthy and carpets stained the smell is just terrible. Somehow it still the place to go on Sundays here in town… Not sure if it’s because it’s the only dinner in town, the food is that good (mediocre at best in my opinion), or standards are that low. Either way… Not for me!

Finally came over waited 5 mins for a soda ..she cut me off when I was ordering to ask what my husband wanted. Very unprofessional woman.

I went out to eat on a whim at Beltway Diner. The interior was so nicely done and very well kept. We went in the late evening, and they have a 2 for $21 deal for their 21st anniversary on Friday’s. We got a steak that was cooked perfectly (which usually is a rare occurrence), mashed potatoes with gravy that tasted like KFC’s, French fries, Manhattan clam chowder, fried shrimp and flounder, a side salad, and shrimp wraps (not what we expected but were very tasty and fresh!) all for $21! I don’t see how you can beat that. You got to pick your choice of two meals that came with soup or salad and one appetizer to split. We also go an eclair to take home. The staff was friendly, and we had a great time. I will definitely be returning. I’m not sure why people had bad experiences.

Food and desserts are good. Service is really slow. As I write this, we’ve been sitting here for 40 minutes and our server hasn’t even shown up to take drink orders. This is the 4th time I’ve been here, and that is pretty typical.
