Do not eat here; eat at home, it’s the same food and you’ll save money.
This is a long one, make sure you read to the very end there’s a surprise.

I’ve never given a negative review before, but everything I’m about to say is my opinion based on my interactions with the staff and service. We arrived and asked for a table. Obviously, I couldn’t sit at a booth, but there are those who sometimes don’t see. The hostess was extremely nice, but sat us at a six-top. I was confused, but okay. The server came, took our drink order, and brought our drinks quickly. He then asked if we were ready to order. Since the menu was small, we were. He brought us breadsticks and salad.

The salad was full of toppings but had very little lettuce. My wife loved this, as she hates lettuce, but I was unhappy. The bread was okay, but you could tell it wasn’t fresh. Now, to the food. She ordered the Tour of Italy, and I ordered the seafood Alfredo. I imagine everyone knows what these dishes are, but I’ll explain anyway. The food came out extremely fast – within 10 minutes.

I immediately looked at my wife and said, ‘Yep.’ I looked at the clumps of fettuccine, and the color alone gave it away.

I still held my breath; the shrimp was overcooked, and the scallops… well, let’s just say that, besides the smell and taste, something was off. The Tour of Italy was just as bad. The lasagna was frozen and manufactured, and it was cold. The Alfredo was the same as mine, and the chicken parmesan tasted frozen. This is why I’m giving a negative review.

I asked the waiter if the fettuccine was fresh or boxed. He said he had no idea. Then I asked if he could check.

His expression was priceless; he said he didn’t know who to ask and offered to get the manager. I asked seriously, ‘You can’t go ask the cook if the food is fresh or frozen and boxed?’ He just looked at me. I said, ‘Fine, your manager will do.’ So the manager came up and asked if everything was okay. I asked him if the fettuccine was fresh or boxed.

He said at first it was fresh, but when I said fresh has more of a yellow tint than tan, he said, ‘Oh, I thought you meant cooked.’ He said yes, it’s boxed, but they ‘fix it daily.’ I said, ‘So, like Walmart?’ He said yes. I asked about every item: scallops, frozen; shrimp, frozen; chicken patties, frozen; lasagna, frozen. My wife’s mouth dropped. He again said the lasagna was frozen. I said I thought the fettuccine and lasagna were freshly made. He said he’d been there 10 years and all entrees are frozen. Wow. I told him my kids could buy the same meals at Walmart for less than $7 a plate, and they charge $25 with tax.
(Suprise time)
Here’s the best part: as we were checking out, we saw an employee carrying pizza to the bar with the same manager following. Then they started consuming it in front of customers.
Think about it: if the employees have to order fresh pizza at an Italian restaurant to eat, maybe we shouldn’t eat there.

Anyway, as usual, this is my opinion.
Have fun eating.

Some of the worst service I’ve had in a while. Our server, Rafael, couldn’t have acted more uninterested in his job. He didn’t greet us, he mumbled and made faces like he couldn’t stand taking our order. He was rude and I’m never eating at this Olive Garden again. I wasn’t going to tip him but my mother is a nicer person than me and tipped him cash after I zeroed the tip out. She was much nicer to him than he was to her, or any of us for that matter. He certainly didn’t earn the tip. I heard another couple at a table near us complaining about their service from the same waiter. The food was average. Honestly, for the price it didn’t really taste that great. My son got a 6 oz. Sirloin he asked to be cooked medium and it was well done. I did notice all their prices have gone way up. Every meal was $20, at least. If they’re going to charge more the least they could do is train their staff better. I’d recommend going to ANY other Italian restaurants or another location if you’re set on Olive Garden.

My daughter and I always split the chicken Alfredo. We asked for no tomatoes and no peppers as my daughter is allergic to them. The salad comes out with everything on it. I told the waitress we needed another salad because the first one was obviously messed up. She leaves that salad and brings us another one. We eat the food which wasn’t great and go to get our ticket, the waitress proceeded to charge us $7 for a second salad instead of making the first one right like we asked for. She didn’t ever come back after dropping off the boxes and telling us the ticket was on the kiosk. Seems like she was just trying to hike the bill up as much as possible to get a better tip. There were quite a bit of people in the building and we never saw her again so I just paid the ticket and we left. We feel like this was extremely unprofessional. All we wanted was the salad like we ordered it and were charged for a second one. Seems like every time we go there all the waitresses try to upsell everything which is super annoying. We will not be back. Ridiculous and the waitress needs to be talked too.

Me and my family came here for Mother’s Day today and let me tell you I have never in the million times that I have been to Olive Garden had a server as awesome as the one we had today. Her name is ELASHA and she deserves a raise cause that girl is so bubbly, kind hearted, funny and upbeat. She told us she’s been working there since 2016 and it definitely shows. She’s a darn great server. Thank you so much for being apart of this special day and putting a smile on our faces. We appreciate you!!!

The food is good, but it’s a little pricy compared to the value. The service is overall okay, but some servers are not very kind.
Recommends their Seafood Alfredo with spice and their spinach dip!

I had not been to olive garden in a long time. We had a good experience altogether. Food was awesome, the service was great too. Bathrooms needed some attention.
Maybe it was just me but there was a distinct smell in the dining room. I dont know how to describe it but it was a bit unsettling.
Every thing else was awesome!
Thank you for the good service and food.
