Just ordered through the app. The drive through line wasn’t moving at all, so I went inside. Waited 20 minutes for my order. I didn’t realize there were 2 items missing from my bag until I got back to the hotel. Service is horrible at this location and I won’t return. The burger and chicken sandwich had been sitting there for a while and were cold. The chicken fries and French fries were fresh and good. The cinnamon rolls and bacon cheeseburger were missing from my bag. App orders should be the easiest. Do better Burger King.

This location is SOOOOOOOO SLOW!!…. There was only two cars in drive Thu and had to wait at least 15 min to order and then get to the speaker and get placed on hold… Finally got to order and had to wait 10-15 min AGAIN, so I got out of the line and went to another location.. There were no customers inside either so I don’t know what the hold up was… Mind you it was only 6pm, 2 cars in drive Thu my car was apart of the 2!… Will not be back at this location, This was my FIRST & LAST TIME!!…..

We walked into the store and it was open and clean. Placed our order to go, thought it went OK but had our doubts…which was correct thinking. Got home, 1/3 of the order was SMOOSHED into the bottom of the bag. The remaining order was MIA. I had the receipt, was going to take the online survey but NOWHERE on the receipt was a store number, address, no identifying store location. And I know it’s been many years since I purchased a kid’s meal, but isn’t it supposed to include a drink AND that silly Halloween Scooby-Doo bucket? Proceed with caution at this location.

I went for breakfast and the service was phenomenal they lady at the window was so kind and I came at Friday morning 10am she deserves a raise. Absolutely loved how she handled herself and the customers like myself. She made our experience 10/10 and we will be back

UPDATE: Gave this location a third chance. Ordered a whopper jr. w/ cheese ($4.09) and small fry ($2.39)…they tried to charge me $12.48. Argued with them and they refused to change it. Got home and it was the grossest burger and I wouldn’t even eat it. Shame on me for going to that trash pit and ever other BK out there.
Went there and they said they were out of hamburger…yes that’s correct, the Burger King didn’t have burgers!!!! Went back another time and they said their fryers were broken so no fries. They should shut the place down.

I ordered a water with no ice with my meal. The attached picture shows what was in it. There were dozens of small dark flakes of something. The water also had a pink tint. I’m hoping that was only due to sharing a spout with a red juice.
