Pablo was an awesome server. The food is great and authentic there. There’s a painting on the wall that’s truly spiritual. He even told us the artist . He spent extra time at our table and didn’t even have to write our order down. That man is truly amazing. I don’t think you know how good of an employee you have . Ant-Man needs a raise.

We were driving home and spotted La Cascada Family Mexican Restaurant from the street—decided to stop for lunch, and it ended up being the best decision!
The portion sizes were generous, and every bite was packed with flavor. The green salsa was a standout—perfectly spicy and full of depth. I accidentally knocked it over, and the staff was right there to clean it up with zero attitude. Top-notch customer service!
My husband had the two-item combo with a crispy taco and a tostada—both had crunchy shells that held together beautifully. I ordered the ground beef enchilada combo, and the seasoning on the beef was absolutely delicious.
To drink, we had a spicy jalapeño margarita and a Michelada—both were expertly made and hit the spot.
Even the bathrooms were spotless and fully stocked—always a good sign of a well-run place.
We’ll definitely be back next time we head to the casino. Highly recommend stopping in if you’re in the area!

Came here for my grandma and dad’s birthday. Pretty nice place with some decent food! Not too much to say on the matter. Would come back.

We tried this place on a whim with some time to kill. What a great find! We sat at the bar and shared their street taco platter and had chips and salsa. Their drinks were great as well. I didn’t expect the michalada to be what seemed like 30oz but was good. I’d go back next time I’m in town.

Excellent restaurant! My wife and I went there, and she isn’t very familiar with Mexican food. The waiter was very friendly and patiently helped her choose something she would enjoy — and it turned out perfect! The rest of the staff were also kind, attentive, and cheerful.

We started dining at Casacada under a different ownership and it was pretty good. New owners bring a more authentic Mexican flavor! We ordered the Borrego (lamb shank plate) and the Plato Mexicano. For dessert, the deep fried ice cream. Food was plentiful! We could have shared one meal. It was delicious! They have several margarita options. I actually tried the Avocado Martini and it was surprisingly really good! Smooth and no hard alcohol taste, though the punch was definitely still present. The entrees were hot and presented nicely. The lamb shank was very greasy, but that could just be the meat. I’ve never had lamb.The deep fried ice cream was good, but the fried shell was tough and chewy. Service was wonderful. Our server could learn more about some options, but that’s definitely not a deal breaker. We had a good time and will be back again.

This was our first time there. It was more than expected. Loved it. Drinks are awesome! Atmosphere is amazing. The service was great. The only issue I had was with their pinto beans not being fully cooked. Other than that all else was fine. Will definitely be back

Every time we go to this Mexican restaurant there is always this problem always ! Every time without fail.
My wife, orders the burrito, Del Mar she is allergic to fish. The description of the burrito on the menu says shrimp, fish, and scallops. But every time the restaurant is out of scallops every time, so you’re basically ordering a shrimp burrito in my case. In my opinion, the restaurant is not buying scallops because they are expensive so if this is going to be the case from this point moving forward, the restaurant needs to take that description of including scallops off the menu and charge less for this burrito.
