A typical American breakfast place. Open buffet, poor quality food, bad coffee…
The line out the door was unbelievable. We believed the reviews and waited, but it was a huge disappointment. Our waitress was a woman with a cloud of her imagination.
I didn’t like it at all. I will never go back there again during my stay.

Reagan’s House of Pancakes is a fantastic spot for a delicious breakfast. The food is fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection, the scrambled eggs were fluffy and buttery, and the bacon was crispy with just the right amount of savory bite. Everything on the plate tasted like true homemade comfort food, the kind that starts your morning off right.
The atmosphere has that cozy, classic breakfast-house charm, and the staff are warm and attentive, which makes the whole experience feel welcoming and relaxed. It’s the kind of place where you can sit down, enjoy a hearty meal, and leave smiling and satisfied.
If you’re in the area and craving a great breakfast, Reagan’s House of Pancakes is a must-visit. Highly recommended!

Busy busy fall weekend in Pigeon Forge, especially with all the car folks in town, but we got a table here in 10 minutes despite a full parking lot. Staff was great, food was GREAT! Some of the best pancakes I’ve had in a while. Omelette was delicious too and BIG. Place was packed and servers were attentive and kind. I definitely received this place for breakfast.

We visited Reagan’s because our hotel included a breakfast voucher good for pancakes which you could upgrade to the buffet. The first day, I had pancakes. But after taking a look at the buffet, that’s what we ordered for the rest of our stay.
You could not possibly leave anywhere close to hungry, and that’s not just from stuffing your face. There is something on that buffet for everyone.
Leave room for a cinnamon roll or two, the vats of buttercream frosting are always full and hot.
The red neon sign outside is a liar, though. It always says “Immediate Seating”, the red glow illuminating the many people standing around outside, waiting for a table. 🙂 🙂

First visit. I tried the breakfast buffet. $13.99 is a very reasonable price. The bacon and the fresh pineapple were excellent. But the gravy is what you would find at any hotel breakfast, and the cinnamon rolls were almost inedible. Still, no complaints, there’s plenty of good food. But I like a buffet so that I can try a variety of items, not because I want a large quantity of food. So for those of you like me, I recommend ordering fresh from the menu.

Reagan’s House of Pancakes available breakfast buffet is a hit that ever disappoints. Skip your skimpy free hotel breakfast and bring the family. Great selection!
