Hands down the best sandwich place ever. The sandwiches are unreal—fresh ingredients, stacked just right, and packed with flavor in every bite. You can tell they actually care about quality, not just cranking out food.

What really takes it over the top though is the service. G and Cameron are absolute rockstars. Super friendly, welcoming, and genuinely make you feel like they’re glad you’re there. They know their stuff, move fast, and still take the time to make sure everything is perfect.

Amazing food + amazing service = a place I’ll keep coming back to without hesitation. If you haven’t been here yet, you’re missing out.

I have been wanting to try Capriotti’s for a really long time and finally had a chance this evening. Maybe my hopes were too high, but the experience was awful from the beginning. The girl at the counter just stared at us, no greeting of any kind, just stared. I ordered the classic cheese steak, and it came out with just meat and cheese. The menu said mushrooms and grilled onions but could find any. Peppers were never offered, she just stared. For $15.00 I guess I expected more. Unfortunately, we will never return.

Our favorite sub shop and favorite of all locations. Today the cashier seemed she did not know how to ring things up, no greeting, no smile, not personalble either. No offer of a receipt, when I asked for one she had thrown it away, did not give is our drink cup, asked for a reprint and nobody in store knew how to reprint one to get our points for the app. Went back for cup, both stared at me without asking if I needed anything One employee rolled their eyes at me when I again mentioned I was waiting to get my cup. Sandwiches just about made up for the lack of service we did receive. Once their orders were completed both retreated out of sight until after we left. I only gave any stars due to the taste of the food.

This place is good but it’s missing variety. It’s is interesting that they have real shredded turkey however. The Vicky’s sea salt vinegar chips were a nice change. Wow… pineapple cream soda!

I’ve been here five times and for a fast food restaurant, this place is pretty solid. I get a lot of coupons in the mail, and every time I have gone here I have used a “buy one small sub get one free” coupon; without this coupon I think the food would be a little overpriced. With the coupon, however, I think the food is worth coming back for.

My absolute favorite sandwich is the New York Chopped Cheese, but unfortunately as of the time I am writing this it is a limited time only sandwich. I hope they will make it a permanent menu item in the future, because I would actually come back and buy this without any coupons. I have never had a real chopped cheese sandwich before so I am not sure how close Capriotti’s version comes to replicating the real thing, but theirs has almost a taco taste to it which I really enjoyed.

My second favorite sandwich is the Capastrami without coleslaw, which slightly beats out my third favorite the American Wagyu Cheesesteak. I really enjoy both, but I had them side by side and the Capastrami just has more flavor to it.

I also had the American Wagyu Cheesesteak and the regular Cheesesteak sandwiches side by side, and the Wagyu version is so much better than the regular version. The regular version has almost no taste in comparison; it is worth the couple extra bucks to buy the Wagyu one.

The Classic Italian sandwich wasn’t bad, but it was a basic sandwich that I could’ve made myself. The Italian Sausage sandwich was pretty decent as well, but it just didn’t do enough to stand out in my opinion. Similar to the Classic Italian, it tasted like a very generic sandwich I could buy anywhere.

I have heard wonderful things about Capriotti’s, and the new location is very close to where I live, so I decided to stop in this afternoon for a late lunch. I was the only customer in the shop.

I’ll start with the good. The bread is exceptional, the best of any sandwich shop I’ve tried. It was fresh, soft, dense, everything I love for a sandwich. If Jersey Mike’s had this bread, I would never stray from them.

However, that was the only impressive thing about my visit. The two crew members who made my Italian sandwich were much more interested in their spirited conversation and had to shuffle ingredients twice as they realized what had been missed. I tried to get their attention to add another menu item, but no response. Their assembly table has them facing away from the customer at all times. All I could see was their backs and the long, loose hair one of them had. It was pulled back, but still very close to the prep area. Service was super, super slow.

The sandwich did have plenty of meat, but it was unidentifiable as anything Italian. And I have never had an Italian sandwich with no peppers of any kind, mild, hot, or otherwise. Although the sandwich was drenched in oil, there was no Italian flavor whatsoever.

I’m sorry, but I’m afraid I won’t be returning, regardless of your convenient location.

They are supposed to open at 9, as it says online and Google. Showed up at 910 to get sandwiches to take with us on a day trip. There were two employees in there making sandwiches who just completely ignored us. They looked up, so they definitely saw us. Don’t flat out ignore paying customers when everything says you should be open. Would never recommend coming here and I know the food can be good.

Had the smallest Meatball sub, my son had the Classic Italian.

Sandwiches were OK- to be expected. Could have been better IMO.

I stated up front it was our first time there and it would have been nice to have been given some insight on the menu, I even asked at one point what other toppings I could add to my meatball sub and if there’s a list, the employee didn’t have much of answer and I couldn’t easily find it on the menu. I don’t know if I could have toasted my sub or not which I think would have made it better. I also wanted to load it up with additional veggies but due to not knowing my options that didn’t pan out.

I highly recommend when new customers mention its there first time, take some time to see if they have any questions and maybe give a little info on the sandwiches.

We also weren’t promptly greeted when we came in even though there were 3 employees near the register. It seemed like they were addressing some other issue among the employees. At least acknowledge the customers and let them know you’ll be with them.

I don’t personally feel their food or service is worth the spent here.

Be careful when ordering turkey sandwich for kids. Large bone became a choking hazard for my son.
Great meatball sub and large was big enough for two.
Overall quality place for a sandwich despite unfortunate turkey bone.

Well, I was really wanting a good sandwich and saw this place so decided to give them a try. Just a themed chain style place, with their style. I ordered the bacon cheese steak, 6″. The staff was two young men, and nice enough. The sandwich was……… PHENOMENAL. OmG! It was pricey, but HUGE, and delicious and worth every penny. I would have gone with the size smaller because the 6″ was enormous, and stuffed full. Honestly, worth the splurge!!!!
