Florida Mall, Orlando. Worst wings ever (see photo: tiny, dry, unseasoned, tough, gamey, just unbelievably bad wings, the ketchup packet next to them shows how small they were and we paid $17.48!!! see receipt in photo).
Excellent customer service from the person at the register. Steve is hard of hearing and the food court is loud. They went to the sign with pictures of food and smiled and pointed to clarify if that’s what he wanted.
We might be back to try a sandwich.

$30 for 1 sandwich, 1 order of fries and two drinks. I felt the price was too high. And I was forced to get large drinks bc they said they no longer have the smaller sized cups. We liked the bacon and cheese fries… very tasty. The bacon cheese sub was good, but not the best Philly I ever had. It also could have used more meat. Located in the mall in the food court

My husband and I walk up to the empty register area to order. 4 employees standing there. Not one of them greeted us or acknowledged us at all! I eventually asked if this is where we order so one of the 4 rude employees said “yes what can we get you”. So we order (also a nightmare bc they have no clue how to take an order). Got our food after a few minutes and it was ok at best. This place needs a LOT of training in customer service and honestly just human interaction.

Went to Charleys Cheesesteaks after a long morning of shopping, stomach growling like a wild animal. Big mistake. Three people ahead of us in the queue, no problem, right? Wrong. Twenty minutes later, we were still standing there wondering if time had stopped. The person on the till was sneezing like it was an Olympic sport, and only two people seemed to be actually making food, one cheesesteak at a time, very slowly, as though each sandwich was being handcrafted by ancient monks.
By the time my food finally appeared (a casual 35 minutes later), the rest of my group had not only gone to Burger King and Five Guys but had eaten, digested, and were ready for dessert. If you’re already hangry, this place is basically a test of endurance, like a patience-themed escape room with a cheesesteak at the end.
Verdict: unless you enjoy watching your life tick away in slow motion, steer clear.

Many other restaurants in the mall had a much longer line yet we had to wait thirty minutes to get one combo then the food wasn’t anything special and they way they put the fries into the basket got all of the cheese off of the sandwich they didn’t hurry at all and it was rush hour at 1pm was terrible servic

Sandwich was good but tasted very plain, even salt quantity was way less.
Price was reasonable, service was fast.

I went here with my mother in law and we both got cheese fries and bacon. However, she purchased a regular and I purchased a large to share with my husband. A large and a regular are about $2 dollars difference, when we received our orders they were both the same size. When I asked the cashier why I paid the same price for the same size , she told me it was because she entered my order as to go. I was never even asked if my order was for dine in or to go and neither was my mother in law even though we ordered right after one another. Feel like I got scammed by them :/

I’ve been to Charley’s over 10 locations and this was the best one so far. Melitza was very interactive and made sure I had the app, she smile the whole interaction. Very very polite. Great food!
