I went through the drive-thru. I would say I had no problems. I ordered the caramel macchiato and honey citrus mint tea. Both drinks were made just the way we like them. The person who took my order was friendly, and the person who served me was also friendly.

Description says this location offers both dine-in and drive-through. Not true. This location has no inside area available for customers. Only drive-though or one can walk up to a window to order. There are a couple of tables outside near the walk-up window and the bathrooms (code needed), but they clearly don’t intend for you to eat there as there isn’t a garbage can for you to put your trash. Location needs to update description and add a garbage can outside. I only ordered coffee so can’t rate the food. I just noticed that there are photos posted of an indoor dining area or food display. These are clearly photos of some other location and should be removed. I suspect they were posted by Starbucks. If this is true, it is false advertising and totally sleezy.

This coffee shop is a joke! I ordered two drinks, an Iced White Mocha and a Mocha Frappuccino. The wait was ridiculously long because only one barista was making drinks while the other stood behind the counter doing nothing. On top of that, both drinks were handed to me without lids or straws, and there weren’t any available in the utensil area. To make matters worse, the drinks looked awful — like a mess in a cup. I’ll never come back to this store again. (See photo.)

Easy and convenient drive thru; although with only 5 cars in line and no one who can go inside it took quite long. Always love when you can find drive thru locations!

Customer service experience here is terrible. Made to feel as though I needed to beg for drip coffee. I also needed to throw away my old Starbucks cup and the employee instructed me to go next door to the gas station to discard Starbucks produced trash. So I left it at the window for him and his poor service. Better off making coffee at home.

The staff is attentive and friendly and the drinks are made promptly. However, the parking lot is small and there is no indoor space. If you are looking for a quick caffeine fix, it’ll do the trick. If you are looking for a good stop off point on a drive, I might suggest elsewhere.

I normally don’t write reviews but I’m very annoyed and frustrated not the way to start my morning, I come to this location at least 2-3 times a week. I usually never complain about my order which is normally a vanilla sweet cream cold brew, some type of sandwich or like today a blueberry oatmeal however today my coffee was super sweet and milky that I had drive back to the location to get it remake and they still made it milky . And oh they forgot to give me my blueberries (which is an extra fee) for and then the worker in the back had the audacity to be upset because I complain about my coffee …….
