This is crazy, I don’t often complain. I usually come here like twice a week but I’ll just be going to webster from now on. I ordered curbside because I didn’t want to leave my dogs in the car, but I waited 10 minutes and I just went in anyways bc I didn’t want my food to be cold. Well it didn’t matter because it was completely inedible.
One side only had shredded lettuce and olives and the other side had some chicken that was cooked to the point where it was crispy and black.
I just do not understand how someone could serve this to someone. It’s wild.

Ordered the small Philly cheese steak sub, it felt and tasted like I just ate a piece of bread. There was no meat in my sub. Left and got a sub from wegmans which was great. Extremely disappointed with this place. It used to be great. Won’t be back.

Last minute, QUICK hoagie run before the Bills/Broncos playoff game. Ordering online was uncomplicated. I was able to customize my pick up time so I didn’t miss a minute of the game. Hot subs were hot, cold hoagies were cold. Everyone was fed and I didn’t need to clean the kitchen! Winning.

I got these coupons in the mail and I came in to check it out, TY took care of me he was really nice very professional and all the people in the back were all business all of them were actually workin!
I got one 5 inch Philly cheesesteak and one 5” Philly chicken. Absolutely amazing —-literally delicious. I did get one of the macaroni salad and that wasn’t so good but it’s OK. Those subs made up for it. I was only gonna eat one of them and save the other one for later, but I ate them both because it was so freaking good. I highly recommend this place. Those two coupons got me in here. Great idea! Also, it wouldn’t hurt if you put a little bit more meat on the subs but it’s OK I’m not complaining. I really had a good experience !

I’m confused were by $50 steak sandwiches meat is? Drove all the way from Batavia to get our favorite subs to come with no steak instead on both steak subs. What a shame

Thanks DiBella’s staff for ruining our food and our car upholstery. Took the sub out of the red wrapper and it completely fell apart because someone decided not to wrap the sub with the white paper. Was loose and not to the standard we usually expect. Just laziness…
