I am deeply disturbed by my experience in this restaurant. Me and my eldest daughter went for take out at around 8pm Saturday night. I ordered 2 super burritos, 4 tacos de Cabeza, a chicken nacho and some seafood. All was well until I got to my last taco of cabeza. I started chewing something I could not swallow. I go to spit it out and it happens to be a plastic bag.

I went here yesterday since we’re working nearby the tacos good, my mom ordered a caldo de gallina the vegetables were not cooked. How are yall serving this ? I called and the person whom I spoke to said to bring it in,for a discount and she had to speak with her boss , I don’t have time to drive back when I have a job to get done. It’s not my fault food was undercooked That’s why I ordered ahead of time, wait time 20 minutes should have been enough to even get the vegetables cooked. I dont ask for handouts I PAID for the food we are consuming, which should be well done I’ve worked in the food industry. So I know if you make sure everything is well done there shouldn’t even be issues like this. And it wasn’t even busy so I don’t think we’ll be returning for any other food but tacos .

I decided to stop by here for lunch yesterday. The last time I was there I had lunch with my daughter because she recommended this place. I really enjoyed the food there so that is why I stopped. To say that the food was horrible is an understatement I wouldn’t have fed it to my dogs if I had one. The service was terrible and the tables were not clean and the condiments on the table had not been cleaned up. To top it ALL off, my bill came to $14.30 which I gave $20. I was supposed to receive $5.70 cents back RIGHT? The server just gave me a $5 bill back. Now I was prepared to leave a tip even though the food was nasty and the service was horrible. The she did not bring ALL my change. I wouldn’t recommend this place if it was THE last restaurant on earth.

I did not have a great experience at this restaurant and if you are not a Latino Man, you probably won’t either.
While there were servers available who did speak English, my Sister and I had a server who only spoke Spanish. She never stated that she didn’t speak English until my bill was paid and we were about to leave. I bring this up because there was a significant difference between the level of service my table received and the Latino males received.
When I received my order, I did not actually receive everything I purchased and when I brought it up, the waitresses seemed to have an issue. They responded with an attitude which was confusing because I PAID for these items. The food wasn’t spectacular to make up for the poor service but the music was on point!
My waitress never smiled but would smile at the male and Latino customers. Overall, I will not be returning based on this experience.

I ordered the chicken fajitas and fish was mixed in with it. Another guest ordered with no onions with chicken fajitas, and the waitress argued about just having a little in the dish. She took our drink order for 4, forgot mine and 2 waters as well and had to be asked multiple times. However, she could be seen conversing with guests behind the bar fanning herself. The waitress was more worried about flirting with our patrons. Service was slow and food was not the best.

I got the classic chicken tacos. They were so good. My only complaint is that there was barely any meat in them. Literally one side of the taco was just tortilla but they were so good I barely cared.

I’ve been here meant times in the past. I’ve never experienced a bad situation here. Well that marks the absolute worst! I and my friend were here for lunch today. We both order our food. We both asked for water and I asked for no lemon. I get my water with lime and I told her no. Why never took it away and I’m highly allergic. She never brought me another water. She also never put in my order. I’m sitting here with no food and my friend is here eating hers! The server never wrote down my order and I ordered first. I’ll never come here again! She’s acted like she couldn’t speak English! Then she comes up to me asking me if everything was okay! Are you kidding me! You never put in my order nor did you care about me having any water or food! The you all me is everything was okay! You have children working here that doesn’t know how to take care of their customers! That’s what I gave you a bad review!

The worst service ever. I sat here for 12 minutes and no service, while the women next to me got sat way after me and got served. I had to go up to the three hostesses to ask where my server was and watched them talk to two other servers, none of which would claim me…? After 3 more minutes one of the hostesses finally came and took my order. No one came to check on me… No drink refill. Couldn’t get a hold of a check so I just left cash and walked out. The food was sub par in flavor and cool when it arrived. I was a server for 5 years all around. Pretty unacceptable and tragic. 100 would not go back.
