My recent pickup order left much to be desired. Unfortunately, the wings I received were quite dry, and the sauces I had chosen were barely present. This was a stark contrast to my experience at their San Jose location, where the same wings were generously sauced – almost overflowing, in fact.
I’m unsure if this discrepancy is due to differences in preparation for takeout versus dine-in orders, but the lack of sauce and the dryness of the wings were definitely disappointing.
On a positive note, I did want to mention that my online pickup order was ready exactly at the time indicated on the app. While I’ve seen some concerns in other reviews regarding wait times, my experience with the order being ready on schedule was seamless and efficient.
Overall, while the promptness of the online order was appreciated, the quality of the wings themselves fell significantly short of my previous experiences at another location. I hope they address the consistency in their wing preparation and sauce application.

I came in to pick up a DoorDash order and had one of the worst customer service experiences. While waiting, I asked to use the restroom and was told by a worker named Danielle that the bathroom wasn’t working. A few minutes later, after she asked for my DoorDash order name again, she suddenly decided to open the restroom door but then told me not to make a mess in the restroom.
I found this incredibly unprofessional, disrespectful, and unnecessary. As a paying customer (directly or through delivery), I expect to be treated with basic courtesy. Instead, I was made to feel unwelcome and judged. Buffalo Wild Wings really needs to train their staff better on customer service.

I have been here for over five times since they opened and I really like the quality of food and service. I tried the wings, burger, and Chicken sandwich but mostly bone in wings and fries. The chicken sandwich is amazing and beats other fries chicken sandwich places in flavor. Their application works great. Sometimes there are delays but I found the estimate you get on the application to be accurate. I feel that this place is managed well and hope it stays this way.

This location and honestly the menu selection is such a waste of money for the value of what you get. The sandwiches and wraps don’t come with sides. The extra $5 you pay for fries is tiny. The portions have gotten smaller and smaller over the past few years while the cost of the food has gone up. This is so overpriced. At this point, you might as well get food from a real restaurant lol that’s not fast casual.
They also forgot my sauce…there’s no point to this order without the sauce lol.

Don’t get tricked by the name, it’s not fast food. I went after 9PM and ordered 6 wings to go, and the time estimate was 11 minutes from then, which I do appreciate them doing. It ended up being over 20 minutes, about as long as a sit-down place. As with other locations, they over-bake their wings until they’re practically jerky. But the sauce is good. There were also technical issues like their Open sign being off, and I heard someone tell them their menu display was randomly turning off, to which they replied “yeah it’s been doing that.” They recently opened, and it doesn’t sound like they have things figured out yet.

Really surprised. You can tell they take care with their work.
The wings are lightly coated, seemingly individually. They aren’t drenched in sauce or soggy. They also seem actually let the wings rest and degrease after frying, so they’re not dripping in fat.
Honestly, probably the best wings I’ve had in Cali.
