They made my order wrong. They didn’t even put any of the seasoning I ordered. I ordered garlic parmesan fries, but there was nothing on them. I ordered Cajun corn, but there was nothing on that either. I also ordered wings (both boneless and bone-in) with garlic parmesan, but they only put some liquid sauce on them that didn’t taste like the garlic parmesan I usually get. I waited almost 1 hour for my order even though the app said the estimate was 14–19 minutes. And I got sweet tea for my drink; the dispenser said ‘sweet tea,’ but when I tried it at home, it was unsweetened.

The wings would be good if employees actually put the sauce on ALL of them, not just a glob of sauce hitting half of only four wings. No work ethic from any of these employees because this is now 3/3 times ordering here our food has been presented like this. Have been to the Wingstop up north a few times and always satisfied. Will be ordering from Buffalo Wild Wings when in the valley.

We get wingstop pretty frequently. Alot of the time its not the best. I also order our food as extra crispy and it still comes soggy. (Still love them though) tonight though they didnt skimp on the flavoring and the fries are perfectly crisp! Whoever is cooking tonight needs a raise!

I meant to submit this sooner, I came in yesterday and wasn’t sure what to get.. the younger gal at the counter, I didn’t catch her name.. but she was on the blonder side, helped me decide which flavors & combos i’d like the most and even when I was struggling to pick she kept a smile on her face the whole time and continued to be very helpful! The food was delicious and overall very friendly staff!

I’ve ordered from this place two times and their wings have been drastically under sauced especially the second time. They barely put a squirt of mild sauce across my five mild wings and a dusting of parmesan with no butter on the garlic parmesan wings. Talk to someone on the phone who at the beginning told me she was the manager and then when I started to tell her the problem she said we hold a minute and gave me to a shift lead. He asked if I wanted it remade or a refund and I said a refund and he said he will give it to the GP and it’ll be refunded in a couple of days… We will see if that actually happens… I can’t believe I paid almost $20 a person for this! Worst Wingstop ever!

Orderd at 2:40pm, I got told it would be ready in 20 minutes. Got our food at 3:20pm. Opened the bag to snack on some fries. They were cold and soggy. Seasoning was good. Rest wasn’t. Saw them pull fresh fries a few minutes before they gave us our order. So I don’t understand how they are cold and soggy. Chicken was cooked all the way. The Lusiana seasoning and Mango Habanero are good. The atomic is just vinegary and spicy, and there is no actual flavor. The Cajun has a little flavor, but it gets overpowered by vinegar. The Staff is super friendly.

We ordered takeout. Louisiana Voodoo Fries, Bbq boneless wings, louisiana dry rub, and garlic parmesan wings. The food made it home hot and fresh. We arrived as soon as it was ready so that helped.

Easily some of the worst wings I have ever had. Overcooked and under sauced. Most of my wings didn’t even have sauce on them. I asked for more sauce and they gave me a side. I later ordered some atomic wings because I have a cold and wanted to clear myself out, they also came mostly without sauce. I didn’t even bother asking. Never going there again.
