Ice Cream Shop serving Super Premium Batch Ice Cream as well as sundaes, milkshakes, ice cream sandwiches, freshly made waffle cones and whipped cream. Offering 18 flavors of ice cream including vegan and dairy free options. We are a local, family owned business. Our pop up shop closed in January, but our new shop is under construction and scheduled to open June 2021! We hope you will come visit us at the Longmeadow Shops. Great ice cream, friendly service, kid friendly!! Also not bad price wise, approx $12 for an adult (2 scoops) and 2 kids ice creams! One of my kids had and loved the strawberry ice cream, it had chunks of fresh strawberries in it, rated it 10/10. My other kid ate the whole waffle cone of mango sorbet, 9/10. I had the pistachio and mint with chocolate chunks, both of which were delicious. There are a couple of benches outside you could sit on and tables and chairs inside.

Really solid ice cream spot. Great innovative flavors – I had dark chocolate chili almond, caramelized banana walnut, and a few bites lavender citrus. They do a really great job here.

I come here often! And every time I forget to take pictures before devouring the delicious ice cream! It’s just too good! So, here are pictures of the cute place. I always get the dark chocolate Mexican chill and the pistachios ice cream! When I say I’m in heaven I truly mean it! Each flavor alone is amazing but together brings tears to my eyes!

Some info about the vegan ice cream:
(A) It’s very good!! A tad soft but delicious, and not overly sweet
(B) They actually have four vegan flavors, not including their two sorbet options.

Tried the Brownie flavored ice cream. Very rich and flavorful. Ill probably go back to try other flavors. Good choice in the area.

Delicious no frill ice cream!!! Finally a chance out to Western Mass we made a detour just to come here. Hot apple cider float with a scoop of vanilla is divine. The caramelized banana walnut and Mexican chili chocolate almond is so creamy and flavorful without all the additive and gums that i despise (esp gummy ice cream texture — absolutely no–its suppose to be creamy). The nuts in it really make the flavor shine in texture and taste. I have a hard time finding the banana in supermarket but i am so glad to finally try it. All their flavors are really unique and delicious.
The staff was very enthusiastic.

I recently had an opportunity to have Batch ice cream at their truck. The truck was located at Tree House Brewing in Charlton, MA.
I opted for a small ($6), which has two scoops, which were also small. One scoop of chocolate and one scoop salted caramel.
I was disappointed with the Chocolate, which has decent flavor, but was littered with ice chunks. The salted caramel also had decent flavor, but had a grainy texture. Quite disappointing.
I had it previously had it at another location a coyote years ago, and do not recall these negative aspects of their pricy, high-end ice cream.
Hopefully it was a one- off issue?

I absolutely love Batch Ice cream!! I grew up in the area, and always find time to get some while visiting. The young lady with brown hair who served me today (4/15) during my visit was an absolute joy! Amazing customer service, and so kind!!! She was excited to explain all the new flavors. 10/10 would recommend!!

First time here and it wasn’t good. one the lady worker rushed me while I was trying to pick a flavor, then gave me two cones but one had way less ice cream than the other. If you’re paying the same price, you expect the same amount. Won’t be coming back.

The shop is cute but the icecream is the opposite of creamy. I don’t think my husband and I have ever had “bad” icecream until we tried Batch in Longmeadow, MA. I got hard vanilla and he got a scoop of strawberry and blueberry. Very watery and bland tasting, how do you mess up icecream ?! 🙁
