Upon arrival we were greeted and sat within 2 minutes. Was missing food off of the buffet but was replenished within 10 minutes. I remember the buffet being bigger when I was a child but that was 40 years ago. They had three different kinds of scrambled eggs. The food was a bit better than average. The fruit was definitely out of a can. The homemade biscuits were amazing. Even though there was no sausage in the gravy, it was pretty good! $40 for 2 with 2 coffees and water.

This was a blast from the past, I have not been to a Shoney’s since I was a kid. We got here just as breakfast was ending and lunch was beginning. Location was great, literally in the middle of everything. Food was OK, nothing to get really excited about. Great place to bring large groups, they can definitely accommodate that. Overall not an exceptional place to come eat but if you want something quick and fast with a few options. This is your place.

I brought my husband here for his first time in branson because in the past the service was great and food had always been amazing. When looking into the hours of operation google states that the business is temporarily closed so we were both disappointed. When driving by on our final morning out we saw people in the building and decided to see if they were open and were surprised that they were. We were seated promptly but when getting the buffet came to find out that a full section was out. We decided to still get the buffet just so we could get our fill before making the trip home. Service was lacking for a mostly empty restaurant but it happens. Our biggest issue came when it was time for us to check out. They have opted for a new system and it seemed like no one knew what the heck they were doing. We were stuck here for almost twenty minutes just trying to check out because they didnt know how to work the system and still ended up paying over 37 dollars. Will not be coming back and will recommend going elsewhere in the future

My BF and I visited here before leaving to go back to Arkansas. It was 16.99 a person for a buffet. It was not good and the service wasn’t great. Parts of the buffet were not good, genuinely the only thing that was good was the homestyle potatoes and somehow they weren’t even hot? Food was disappointing. I tried a little of everything and basically only had french toast sticks and potatoes. Server was nice, but barely came to our table, no refills, I had to get up to get straws because our server didn’t give us any straws and I couldn’t ask him because he never came to our table except to drop off the check which was 37 bucks, what a waste of time and money. I begged my bf to take me here before we went back home and it was genuinely the worst $40 I ever spent. I used to go to the Shoneys in NLR before it closed as a kid and just wanted a bit of nostalgia, well this trip kinda ruined it. This buffet should have been hot, cheaper, with more attentive service.

Christmas Eve Breakfast….
I had very high hopes for Shoneys since I had not been to one in over 30 years. However, I left disappointed… You see, I had hoped to eat 3 or 4 plates of good breakfast buffet food before surrender. Those hopes were completely dashed. I had a plate and a half and was so full! The buffet was so delicious and fresh. The food was hot and Everything looked and tasted so good. But I have decided to do it again in 2 days and hopefully those 4 plates become a reality! BTW – Christina was excellent and the rest of the staff were as well. This location is Buffet only.

It was me and my brother’s first time we have eaten at Shoney’s. My family and I ate at the breakfast buffet. The food was tasty and warm. Our waiter made sure that we were enjoying our food and made sure our drinks were filled up. One thing that would have been better if the foods at the buffet were labeled so we know what each dish was or ingredients used. Other than that, the food was good! A good first time experience at Shoney’s!
