Seems as though the Little Caesars franchise don’t have anybody to impress. Because they don’t even try. The drive-up window was disgusting. The service wasn’t even adequate. She brought me my boxes and closed the door. I waited for her to ask. Is there anything else. Finally, she comes back to the window. Did you need something. I said I’d like to have some hot pepper flakes please. She shuts the window comes back, hands it to me and shuts the door. I said. Thank you. Have a good day. Nothing so much effort from her though. Cheap product. You got to expect some downfalls. I can’t even imagine coming here again.

Just left 20 minutes ago, got back to my hotel room and the pizza is horrible ordered pepperoni and jalapeno and it looks like they took a cheese pizza that was already cooked and sprinkled pepperoni and jalapeno on top of it. It’s also not cooked all the way, the dough is soggy and stuck to the box. Worst pizza ever, DO NOT EAT HERE

Everytime I go to the establishment im always asked to pull to the front. The wait is always over 20 min. What really get me is people are driving ro the window leaving instantly after ordering behind me. Time managment is horrible.

I place a call in order. When I called all I heard was workers talking about drama in the background and felt like the worker was not paying attention to my order on the phone. I told her my order and even spelled my name out for her. My father arrived to pick up the order and they told him no one had called the store for the order. Whatever my father ended up getting different pizza and at the end they told him to make sure to call next time. That is something so rude to say when the problem was not him.
