Bland bland bland bland bland is all I can say about this place the batter was cooked really well fluffy and crispy but absolutely no flavor whatsoever the service was terrible also my waiter kept forgetting to bring me my things I individually had to keep getting items that I requested for all at once she made about five different trips one for ketchup one for salt one for pepper one for hot sauce one for cocktail sauce and one for tartar all individual trips I will not be returning and I do not recommend this place because it was just terrible as a seafood lover this may be the worst place that I have ever visited and I am not exaggerating at all. Also I forgot about another trip it was for lemons. The picture posted is of a weak shrimp Po boy and a fish and shrimp combo

Fried rice is swimming in oil. We even ask already to easy on oil but still it is swimming. I am asian and Supposed to be its not swimming in oil. This is happens how many times already . Wont go back.

This past Sunday my familyneighbor and I had lunch here. The waitress was horrible. In our party we had two elderly people. Food for other customers were being taken out and when my great grandmother said out loud why other people were getting food instead of us the waitress got upset. When the food was finally given to us the waitress said behind our elderly neighbor you didn’t pass out did you? My step mother addressed the waitress and the manager and nothing was done but a verbal apology from only the manager. The waitress kept walking back and forth while we were reporting her to the manager talking more smack about how we disrespected her by my great grandmother asking why other people were getting food instead of us out loud. It was a truly awful experience. The manager did not offer to discount anything. We will never be going back to this location.

Great BYOB place to keep cost down. Ceiling and air ducts are dirty, but prices, food quality and service make up for it. Plus they play country music on the TV all day, so that’s nice. They have smooth, hard floors. They should put a decent sound system in there and encourage dancing. The layout would make a neat dance venue with food and BYOB. Would be a nice addition to Crosby

The waitress was friendly, and the Crawfish etoufee that I got for an appetizer was amazing, and most of the Seafood Combination was great. However, the fish was kind of, um…. Mushy? I guess that’s the word for it, but it was cooked in such a way that neither I, nor my girlfriend wanted anything to do with it. Besides that, everything was great

My daughter, granddaughter and I went around 2pm on a Tuesday afternoon. It wasn’t real busy. The waiter was very friendly when he took our order. I put in the order for my 15 mth old granddaughter so it wouldn’t be so hot when we got our food. I ordered blackened fish and made sure I explained that I wanted it a little over-cooked. There was 1 table of about 7/8 people on the side we sat on. Our waiter took their food out, checked on them at least 4 times, never once came to our table after he took our order. Someone else brought mine and my daughter’s food out. I had to ask for the baby’s food. It definitely wasn’t hot, it was actually cold. The cheese wasn’t melted on the grilled cheese and the fries were so spicy she couldn’t eat them. My fish wasn’t cooked completely, I said blackened and over-cooked…. I sent them back, so they put the baby’s fries back in the dryer and put my whole plate in the microwave. No it didn’t fix either problem, probably just made it worse.

Love the atmosphere here, they waitresses are always so nice, they are helpful and kind! If you want to eat something that will make you want more ask for their “sliced jalapenos deep fried” it is not on the menu but they are amazing!=) Price wise for the portions are pretty good.

The service and waiters and waitress were fantastic will and Devin took exceptional care of us. The food on the other hand completely different story. They weren’t that busy yet we waited over 45 mins for our food, we recieved the food and it was not even look warm and the fried food was already soggy. It was not good eats at all. The customer service on the other hand will have me try it out one more time.

We used to go 2 to 3 times a week. Since the re-opening the new employees are lacking in service and common sense. The last two times we’ve gone they have put the order in wrong and charged me twice as much. I tell them when I order what it is and how much it is as well as point to it on the menu. They just can’t seem to get it right. I’m done. This is sad, we’ve lived in crosby for 30 years and have gone to this restaurant for many many years.
