Good-Kylie was amazing! Service was outstanding.
Kylie suggested the jalapeño gravy for my Chicken and Peach tea to wash it down and she was spot on. Soon good. Chicken fried Chicken was cooked perfectly, tender and juicy. Rolls are great! Fries taste homemade.
Badish – Squash casserole was a little cold ( the reason I ate it first in pic ) but flavor was great.
Ugly – Nothing

The food was amazing, especially the atmosphere. The smell in there when you first walked in was amazing and all I could say was “dang I cannot wait to eat”. This was my first time ever eating at a Cotton Patch and let me say. I would go here over any restaurant.
And let me say, we had the best server in the entire earth. They should give her a medal saying “server of the year”. Her name is Heidi and she was so sweet and nice, she checked up on us during eating and gave us refills when we needed them, she was extremely fun to talk to and I’ve never had a server like this before. And I go to a lot of restaurants. I seriously believe she deserves a raise for being amazing. I’m happy I got the best server on earth!!

All of the dishes we ordered looked great. Good rolls! The waitress was awesome! I ordered the turkey club I took a bite and noticed 3 hairs on my plate and in my food. The manager came to the table after I complained to the waitress. She said we have another sandwich on the way. By then my appetite was gone, and I couldn’t eat. I later tried to eat the new sandwich but I couldn’t, the hairs were still on my mind and made me sick. I wish the manager would have offered a refund for the sandwich instead of making another one for me. She didn’t give me any options. She just made the decision without asking.

Interesting southern fare. I was hoping for catfish as it was in another person’s review. but didn’t see it on the menu. instead, we had the chicken fried steak. The gravy was great smothering the mashed potatoes and steak. My steak was a little underdone, but my brothers was good. The green beans and bacon were cooked well. Came with a bun. That was hot. Soft and delicious. We got the Texas caviar which is a kind of salsa and it came with delicate crisp chips. Very yummy. It was my favorite dish. Overall I’d say it was good not great.

Heidi was fantastic. We love our Greenville Texas Cotton Patch and with servers like Heidi, it makes the experience such a great one. She is so sweet, helpful, always kept our drinks filled, nice to talk to and just overall took great care of us. I was with my mom, sister in law and my 3 year old. We sure appreciate you, Heidi. Keep up the great work and attitude. She’s a blessing to all who encounter her and we will be back soon!

She knew the menu inside and out, gave great recommendations, and made sure everything was perfect without ever being overbearing. Our drinks were never empty, the timing of the food was spot-on, and she checked in at just the right moments. What really set Heidi apart was her positive energy and professionalism—she made us feel welcome and valued the whole time. Kylee made our first visit here smoothe and enjoyable. She constantly had us giggling! Make sure to ask for her as your waitress!
As far as the meal, I had meatloaf and my husband had the BLT. The meatloaf was moist and both meals were full of flavor. Will definitely be back!
