I have ordered cheesecakes many times from this Cheesecake Factory location for government team-building meetings and have never experienced anything like this. Last Saturday, I placed a to-go order for a half Salted Caramel and half Chocolate Caramelicious full-size cheesecake, paying $88.12. At pickup, the counter associate charged an additional $8.00+ for strawberries and whipped topping, claiming these were not included. That would not have been a problem. However, I explained that I have ordered at least 9 cheesecakes from this same location previously (last year) and was never charged extra. I even attempted to show photos of past orders with the toppings included, but the employee and manager rudely interrupted me, refused to look at the photos and dismissed my concerns. When I arrived home (almost an hour away), the issues continued. The cheesecake was not placed on the internal cake circle, causing it to be smeared throughout the box. The slices were extremely small, dry, and poorly cut, almost as if one slice had been divided into two. I removed the cheesecake from the original box and placed it inside of a different cake box. When I bought it to our meeting my coworkers were shocked. They stated they regularly ordered from this location and had never seen or tasted a cheesecake this bad. The cake was so dry and unpleasant that we ended up throwing it away. Additionally, I completed the guest survey and requested to be contacted. I received an automated “no reply” email stating someone would reach out, but no one ever did. The poor customer service, inconsistent pricing, careless packaging, and unacceptable product quality added up to a completely disappointing experience. To add insult to injury… while I was uploading my photos for this review, I realized on one of our previously ordered cakes- they left off a slice. Meaning we only received 11 slices instead of 12. Everyone voted unanimously to take our future business elsewhere.

We sat at the first floor bar tonight, a very busy night… a day before New Years Eve. Isaac B. was our bartender and server, and although the atmosphere and restaurant were chaotic and busy, he was on top of it all. My spouse and I were thoroughly impressed with his service and kindness. And drinks!

We got there before they opened so upon entering there was no customers yet. We ordered breakfast before heading back home to Wichita. Our server Taylor was great. I really liked how she checked on us regularly. Food was great.

I always enjoy my time at the Cheesecake Factory! Our waitress, Bailey, was on top of it and really contributed to an amazing experience. I got the famous meatloaf with mashed potatoes and green beans. You get a solid amount of food and there are no shortcuts on quality. I would highly recommend coming here if you’re looking for an awesome night out with a great atmosphere!

This was our 1st visit for dinner, however, we have stopped in for cheesecakes a year ago. Dinner was great! We did order to go cheesecakes and this time the servings were much smaller for $12/slice. We had the Adam’s peanut butter cup and Pineapple upside down cheesecake. I had the Thai Lettuce wraps, and they were GREAT!

Wanted to do something nice for my husband and pick up a few slices of cheesecake for Valentine’s Day. I should have known I would be disappointed when I got home by how light the bag was when they handed it over to me at the pick up counter. With the price of everything these days, it’s incredibly disappointing that two small slices of cheesecake cost $25, ESPECIALLY when I saw multiple other slices being plated up for other customers that were nearly twice the size of the slices we received to go. There seems to be some inconsistency and quality control that needs to be addressed.
The lady that took my order clearly didn’t want to be there, barely even looked at me, I felt like I was simply in the way just waiting for my order. Just overall not a great experience and honestly won’t be going back.

I ordered the herb crusted salmon. Cheesecake Factory is steady. You know what to except. Not a 5 star restaurant but they have good food. Service is usually fast and good.
