This was our first visit to Chick-fil-A and it was the best experience. Nathan was very friendly, patient, and helped us a lot with our order. The person who brought our food to the table was also very friendly, and the manager answered some questions we had. The food was spectacular and very fast. Worst chick fil a ever! This place has horrible customer service! The only reason I continue to go to this location is because it’s right by my work but I am going to start going to the other one even tho it is out of the way. Better customer service!. This morning I stopped by this location to get the breakfast and when I got to the window to pay the guy looked like I was inconveniencing him he said 8.88 very dry. When he came back with my change and good I told him thank you he just handed me my bags and walked away not the usual chilk fil a greeting you get but hey that’s normal for this location.

Worse Chick-fil-A I’ve ever seen, customer service was trash. Didn’t greet us properly, act like we were and inconvenience to her, sounded like she didn’t want to be in drive through. Didn’t listen, after that treatment I said nevermind and cancelled my order. I will never go to this Chick Fila if I can help it, I rather drive to Auburn. Happened Oct 27,2025 840p. Whoever was on drive thru should be fired. PC deserves better.

I’ve never had a place mess up my order so bad. Ordered a cobb salad with extra nuggets. My salad had no meat on it AT ALL. Ordered the tortilla soup, they gave me chicken noodle soup. Ordered a meal for my son, and only one item from the meal was there. My total was $50 and literally everything was incorrect and yet everything on the receipt was correct. Almost felt like a joke. Won’t ever be back!

The lady answering the drive thru (didn’t get a name) and the young man taking orders outside (Brody) were arguing over who was going to take our order. Neither one seemed to want to. Then Brody told us to ignore the lady talking through the speaker (he said that’s what he always does) as she kept interrupting while we were ordering. Extremely unprofessional and I think we will not be coming back here.

I was so excited to hear that Mr. Morgan was opening a second location closer to the bridge and Uptown Columbus. I’ve gone to his north side location fairly often and always had a pleasant experience inside for dining in and in the drive thru. I have been to this new location many times since opening and my food has always been cooked thoroughly, been serviced quickly, and employees were respectful and bore their “Chick-fil-A best” smiles. I am not invalidating anyone else’s experiences, they are entitled to them, I am just also providing my own.

This is a new location, and I think people forget that with new comes a time of adaptation, “getting their bearings”, and then correction. I look forward to going back again with my family whenever we have the taste. I’m hopeful for seeing more reviews of happy customers, and positive changes made so this location can flourish as well and more customers have positive experiences to share.

Location is terrible to put simply. No greetings upon arrival from staff. No “My Pleasure” from ANY staff. Therefore, customer service 1/10. I understand this location is new but customer service is the blueprint to their business model!! Staff ALWAYS mess up on an order I place. Either missing items, incorrect items or a random item I never order! Please get better training.

My husband and I and our 9 month old were traveling through the area and stopped at Chickfila because they are normally consistent with food and service. Unfortunately, this was the first time that I remember being SUPER disappointed by the service and atmosphere in a Chickfila. First, I ordered from my app before we went into the restaurant. All of the table tops were dirty, so we sat at the least dirty one and always have our baby wipes on hand to wipe off the top of tables in restaurants. We waited >5 minutes for our food, and then the young black girl who brought our food to the table just handed it to us and left. She didn’t bring our drinks or the other sides. I had to go to the front and ask for them. The quality of our entrees was fine but the fries were cold. I also noticed how dirty the women’s bathroom sinks were, with obvious signs of chunks of what I am hoping was food on the sink. My husband used the men’s restroom and said that it was out of toilet paper. He overheard the manager tell the young black girl to go clean the women’s restroom, and then when the manager walked away, she told another younger looking white girl to go clean it. I don’t know names of any of the employees. All we DO know is, this place needs some extra training to become a Chickfila that meets the expected standards customers expect from the name.

Well where can I start? 1st of all Chick-fil-la is known for their customer service, and I know most people cam relate. This place is fairly new in phenix city and their customer service sucks! No smiles, no greetings hell no ketchup! Yes I said NO KETCHUP! Cause I definitely ask for it and didn’t receive it in my bg! I felt like I was being rushed, hell I had just got off from wrk myself and I needed dinner, but not a bad attitude, and to top it off this is the 1st chick -fil-la that don’t serve lemonade w/o the pulp! Well at least I don’t like the pulp in mines so I had to resort to a pop, which I didn’t want! So chick-fil-la opening up these new businesses is a good thing and I know you pay your employees fairly decent, plus you’re CLOSED ON SUNDAYS and that’s enough to be happy for! Pleaseeeee keep the consistency throughout all your establishments, especially the FOOD AND ATTITUDE! I understand I’m just 1 person and you probably don’t care about this review or whether I return to your establishment or not. I’m definitely not returning to this one! So I rate this one a minus 0 sorry!
