Horrible service. Gave this place two chances and both times they cancelled my order. The first time, they didnt even have the decency to let me know. My food just never arrived and I found out after the fact. The second time, I called them 30 minutes before my expected order arrival because I was worried the same thing would happen as the first time, and sure enough, they cancelled it and didnt let me know! They said they couldnt find the address in their computer so instead of calling me for clarification, they decided it was just easier to cancel my food. The kicker? I am .5 miles away from them. Never again. Go to Pizza Hut, its far better anyway and located at the same intersection!

There’s this lady in their name, Nicole and there is a reason that she is 60 years old Working at a Domino’s. She was yelling at her customers, and she was yelling at her staff. I’m not sure what she was yelling about. They were really busy, but there’s no reason. No reason at all to treat anyone like that!!

2 hours to get a pizza when we live 5 min from store. No communication, no warning when ordering, no call. Just took the money and didn’t deliver for 2 hours. No one answers phone at the store. Will never order from here again!! Don’t do it, you’ll regret it. Once you’ve placed the order, there’s no way to reach them.

Update..I watched a guy answer the phone, touch computer screen and then go put his hands in the seasoning for the crust…NO GLOVES AND DID NOT WASH HANDS!!! GROSS..no one was wearing gloves!
The woman workers are rude as can be, only one of them is nice but I can’t remember her name. The lady manager can go kick rocks. If someone walks thru your door, the least you can do is help them. All you had to do was give me the pizza I already paid for…but you decided to tell me to wait a minute and ten minutes later you finally give me my pizza. If you don’t mind waiting and don’t mind people being rude, then the pizza is worth it.

Trying to survive on a budget in Naples, Florida. Sometimes you get what you pay for. Dominos Pizza, at 6654 Collier Blvd.. Store #106. I ordered an upgrade on the two Medium, 2 topping pizzas, to two Large 2 topping pizzas, for $3 more.. per pizza. I was happy to see that I was getting two large, 2 topping pizzas, for $9.99 each. I met the driver outside. She had been to our house 5 times. I asked why the bill was $34 for the two “medium” pizzas that I received.. which are normally $6.99 each, when I ordered two larges. She said to call the manager.. Maria.. store #106.. Collier Blvd, Naples. I did. Maria told me there is nothing she can do for me, and after I asked 2 questions, she started laughing at me. I didn’t even mention the missing cheese. I felt defeated, so I told her I would call corporate, and I hung up. Long story short, there is nothing you can do. You can’t call corporate, and you can’t call the franchise owner, nor can you message them directly. The franchise owners hire managers to run everything, and then they just sit back and collect their profits. They have zero contact with each other, so why should a manager care? I will be happy to spend the extra $20 on good quality local pizza from now on, so as to avoid the headache of greedy corporate franchise owners. I don’t even know what I was thinking. Charlena’s, Napoli On The Bay, I will be calling you soon. I miss you. Send more coupons!

Dominoes is by far my least favorite of the trash pizza. I have not had it for years and I was reminded why today…… over cooked , no cheese on a cheese pizza , 5 cheese dip is a greasy stuck to the pan joke ….. fine dining price and gas station pizza has better quality

Ordered a double cheese pizza. There was NO extra cheese on it & I paid for it! Both pizza’s were over cooked & dry. Couldn’t even eat but 2 pieces. Spent $30.00 & wasted my money. So disappointed. I used to work for domino’s up north what a difference. Guess I’ll stay with Pizza hut or little Ceasars.
