Great atmosphere the view is amazing. Definitely worth coming by and checking it out. We had a blast here yesterday and it was a wonderful day, especially after a small rain. There is canopies in outside seating area so you don’t have to worry about getting wet when it’s raining.

Been coming to Gyp’s for ever 20 years. It only gets better. Best burgers and THE BEST Bloody Mary around. I challenge you to find better! The bartender (whose name I can’t remember) is friendly and provides excellent service. Sitting outside by the lake is so relaxing and the other patrons are friendly so the vibe is welcoming. Will continue to come back over and over again.

We stopped at this biker bar during our Appalachian Trail thru hike and it was great! Staff was friendly, food was delicious, and the waterfront back patio was so relaxing. That hammock it the spot. Remember it’s cash only!

What a great spot located right on Route 206 with Kittatinny Lake as a beautiful backdrop. Although I am a good hour from the Branchville area, I make a point to stop in for a cold beer and sit out back where tables/chairs overlook the serene lake. Also recently had dinner there and the bratwurst sandwich was great and under $10. I also understand they have a different variety of food trucks that visit the bar (The dates and times are posted at the bar and on Gyp’s Facebook page). Bartenders are very friendly too!

Great place! Upon driving past it, you wouldn’t think anything of it but they have a great outside seating area with a great view of the lake! It’s cash only, but the drinks were all very reasonably priced and the bartender was very friendly. I had the Downeast Cider on tap and it was so good! All in all, a great spot with a great view! Next time I’ll try some food as it looked delicious!
