I had a great experience at this Taco Bell. There was a girl named Heidi (I asked her what her name was because I wanted to include it in this review. Because I was so impressed with her) working up front that was just busting her butt, working so hard to get everybody’s food and their drinks out and taking money and some other girl was just on her phone. If it wasn’t for the girl named Heidi, I don’t know what would have happened at the place. I was super impressed with her and I have a lot of past restaurant management experience and would have hired her in a minute, had I still been in that field. My food was absolutely excellent, super fresh and fall of meat and vegetables and cheese, my order was spot on and hot, and I love this new white sauce that they have. I spent about $30 on food there, so I got quite a variety of things. And everything was perfect, and I had Taco Bell leftovers the night’s day and they were still really good. I will definitely go back to this spot for Taco Bell…It’s a smaller interior but I actually liked that because it was super clean and it kind of gave off cozy vibes, plus it was so efficient. I was so happy that I didn’t have to wait forever. And that my order wasn’t screwed up. I would definitely go out of my way to go to this location again.

They mess up your order literally every time, and make every customer pull ahead in the drive thru so they can keep their drive times down every though they make you wait 10 mins for two tacos. What do you expect when it’s ran by 17 year olds. Here’s a pic of the last taco I got that had all the beef clumped into two bites

Awful. Do not go here. They ran out of soft shells at noon. Placed a mobile order and basically had to reorder everything in store and wait to be made. Then I get home and they forgot my Crunchwrap and had to drive back. Hard shells were stale. And barely any meat or fixings in all of the stuff. Will not be going there. Highly recommend brining your money elsewhere.

I got the supreme wrap, and the Diablo nuggets. Food was fresh, but total waste of time and money coming here. They skimp out on the meat and most of the ingredients. My crunch wrap was basically a plain wrapped tortilla. The sauce with the nuggets came 1/4 filled in the sauce container. The workers act like it’s their money put in the ingredients or they’re just too lazy to refill the ingredients.

Every single time I order from this location on Uber Eats, my hot and fire sauce are missing. Mistakes happen, but I’m literally talking about 100% of the time I get zero sauce packets. Most customers like sauce on their Taco Bell, so you’d think it would be standard to include it, just like how burger fast food places automatically include ketchup packets even when they’re not requested. My hot and fire sauces are requested, yet they refuse to include them. It seems like it must be intentional. I barely even enjoy Taco Bell without those sauces, so basically my overpriced Uber meal is ruined every time. I only keep ordering from this location because it’s close to me and I keep thinking maybe this time I’ll actually get my sauces, but nope, I never do. I guess I must be insane to think they might actually get their job right for once.

I keep trying to give you guys chances but literally every time I have ordered, it’s been terrible. The first time my quesadilla had no cheese. It was just a burnt tortilla. Last time, my burrito was basically just cheese and jalapeño sauce. And today I have no cheese on my cheesy fiesta potato and you forgot my fire sauce.

I live in the area and every time I go to this Taco Bell, the food is cold( last time I went I had to warm up all my food in the microwave) they skimp out on meat, I normal get the cheese quesadilla- always no cheese, when I get home I have to add cheese… big waste of money. I go out of my way for a different Taco Bell.

We stopped here on our way up north and we just wanted to grab a quick bite with a large order for 3 people in our car. The person taking our order was very patient with me (I was having trouble thinking and getting my order out clearly) and she got it all down perfectly and even offered helpful options when I ordered something that was online only. Everything came out hot, fresh, correct and delicious!! It was SUPER fast as well. Couldn’t be happier with this Taco Bell experience!

First of all, shout out to the Saturday late night crew, you folks did right by me.
So, I’ve been to this location 3 times over the past month, dine-in once and take-out twice. I’m cheap af, so all my orders have been under $10 and relatively simple to make, hence why I’ve never had a missing item (so far).
As others have mentioned, this location is primarily intended as a take-out location, given how small the dine-in/waiting area is. Food quality is exactly what you’d expect of any typical Taco Bell, though I wonder if the chips smelling like cardboard is to be expected across the board.
Anyway, regarding the 5 vs 1 star ratings, I’ve been to my fair share of Taco Bell and other fast food during peak hours, having “experimented” as a DoorDash driver for a bit. I understand full well how items go missing, why wait times get insane, and why can staff come across as rude & incompetent all the time.
Simply put, results will skew towards 1 star if you expect to get a lot of food made quickly and correctly during rush hour. Making a small order during the dead of night won’t guarantee a 5 star experience either, but hey I guess I got lucky.

I thought that i would give them another chance, but they messed my order up again. Really dont know where the disconnect is. I did an online order for a cheesy double beef burrito with chicken and they gave me a chicken enchilada burrito. I walked in to have it corrected and nobody would help at the counter, they make eye contact with you then look away, completely ignoring that youre there. Went through the drive thru since they wouldnt help me in store to have it remade, and got a cold, dry burrito. This tbell is 2 mins down the street from me, but i’ll know to go elsewhere next time.
